Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Sadly the sauce sachets were ever so slightly out of date - but no biggie! The ever perfectly cooked egg yolks were more than enough to compensate as a binding sauce for the perfectly cooked Ulster Fry.
Cracker wee spot. It is just as accessible to Enniskillen Town as much as the Killyhevlin, except it is a quarter of the price. As an ex chef it is hard to fault the breakfast as it was not only home cooked but also due to the nature of the premises being a farm that provides meat to both Marks & Spencers and McDonalds, you know you're being provided with quality as quality is already a priority. Beautiful grounds with access to your own little personal lake - something that is hard to find especially when large crowds flock to Enniskillen for this reason alone. This place really is a gem, I shouldn't say this but I genuinely find it difficult to understand the profit margins of this B&B because what you get for the price you pay is hard to comprehend. It is clear that the ethos of this accomadation is quality > quantity. I regularly travel here for two weeks every two years for work training purposes and not only will I make a point of booking herein the future, I will make a point of advising others to do the same. Nothing I didn't like
A full breakfast was offered. But I asked for scrambled egg. It wasn't an issue. There was yogurts and fresh fruits and a selection of breakfast serials. Coffee and tea.

You need to turn off a busy road to get there, but that's a common thing around those parts so no bother
Such nice reception, lovely welcome, very nice room, amazing breakfast with local meats an products, two sheep that greet you near the parking every morning, on site walk possibilities in the countryside

The property is so beautiful and has a lovely driveway to it! We were earlier than our check in time but Sharon was so welcoming and the room was ready for our arrival. The room was beautiful, had a lovely view and even an extra heater if we needed it. Breakfast was well cooked and served in a lovely room.

Can't think of one bad thing

There was nothing that we didn't like because it was a treat to stay with the Weir family.
Owners were both very thoughtful, kind & friendly. They are very experienced in both hospitality and managing their beautiful & impeccable farm business.

Nothing was wrong really.
The breakfast was very enjoyable, a nice room to enjoy it in, as well. The whole trip slowed down while there, it was a great chance to settle down and enjoy my surroundings- which are beautiful.

There were a lot of extra touches in the rooms like hot water bottles , ear plugs, places of interest leaflets. Sharon couldn't of been any more helpful and friendly
