The only thing I would say is we prefer a king size bed but that’s not a criticism just our preference.

The ground floor room was spacious.very comfortable bed + 2 comfy armchairs. Bathroom shower good. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the porridge and scrambled egg. The location is great, very short walk to shops,restaurants and harbour. Suzanne was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. ( our 2nd visit)

First time we stayed in a B&B for several years. Dunelm House was exceptional. Spotless. Very well decorated with no landmarks anywhere. Room was very comfortable and quiet - perfect for a night's sleep after driving from Aviemore. Breakfast was pre order , delicious and served in a small dining room. Parking was off street outside B&B.

Only 1 tub chair to relax on but 2 guests. Realise space was likely to be an issue

Clean & comfortable. Very tasty freshly cooked breakfast, with plentiful supply of tea/coffee/fruit juice/cereals & toast. Great start to the day. Easy & efficient check in, with good communication from an excellent host.

Cereal fruit juice toast / yogurt then Suzanne made us a breakfast of our choice we had the muffin, poached egg and bacon one day then the fried egg sausage and bacon the next was lovely x

Our room was comfortable but here was only one chair in our double room.

Suzanne, our host was very welcoming and keen to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. On site parking is a bonus, and there is an excellent choice of cooked breakfast options on offer.

Would have liked a small handrail outside of the shower,would have been helpful for older folks like us,who are not very steady.

Better water pressure on the showers but it's the only grumble.

Great location, good food. Showers clean. Overall, a very good stay, we will return. The only downside was we're used to a king size.

The location was perfect. Suzanne was an excellent host. Our room with the separate sitting area was perfect. We had an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast on both days We couldn't fault our stay and would definitely stay again if we are back in Seahouses

Not much of a view from the room.

Very comfortable room and check in was very well organised. We had a fantastic cooked breakfast. Dunelm House is located near the centre of Seahouses which has plenty of shops and restaurants.

Corridor was a bit noisy on a morning, not much sound proofing but nonetheless still a good stay

The location is perfect for exploring the area. The house and room was warm, clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a joy. The host was helpful and informative about which trips to take, where to go and how to get there. All round, the perfect place to stay and excellent value for money.
