The hotel location is good but the hotel is not up to expectations.There is no proper maintenance and the rooms are too small and the water drainage in bathroom basin was too slow and blocked. . There is no phone in room to call the reception for any issues.

I knew the room was small as it’s a easy hotel but the room was freezing and even though I put on the heater it took acetal hours for it to warm up - not great when coming in to sleep after a long day working

Too small and basic for me. Bathroom too small and floor always wet. Extractor fan didn’t come on and room was cold. The weather was mild during my stay and found the room cold.

no air conditioning/cant open windows so if you get too hot its game over my friend. i guess that goes for if its too hot too, no temperature control. pillows felt like lying on paper and mattress was like concrete

Well the windowless room is no great joy but you get what you pay for. Some details like the shampoo dispenser being empty.

Good location and inexpensive. No major problems. They let me check in slightly early without charge.

Give us a refund , and not ask for a further £20 which we refused to pay.

evering thing was fair, dispointed we are elderly couple. booked and paid for two nights. coming from the far north Highlands KW8 6LE. by bus. had terrible time. roads where bloked with snow storm. we could not get to Glasgow. we were diverted by bus to Aberdeen then got blocked there as well. Phoned Easy Hotel at approx 1pm telling them we not make it, and to let our room for that night to someone else if poss? they informed us we would not get a refund, for the night.. when we arrived next day the rep wanted us to pay an extra £20.00. and again no refund. was not happy. treating pensinors like that. we paid a total of £88.00 for one night there? we went to the Travel Lodge next door asked a price for they room for a night £35.00. for a room twice as big and better arrangement all round. Told us we would not have been charged for the night we could not get there if we had booked with them.. well if we ever need to go down to again, we know who will book with . T I. sad.

The Room was incredibly small and could’ve done with power points beside the bed to charge my phone. The Bathroom was incredibly tight and was a little bit tricky to get showered.

The Hotel was easy enough to find from Buchanan Street Bus Station.

The sizes of the rooms are very small. Toilet area is tiny and I’m not a large person and I found it difficult to move around. There’s an issue with the hot water which I told the staff and it was okay the next day but morning I left it took 5 minutes to get hot water. There was no window (which I knew) so it’s difficult to know what the weather is like and what to wear.😂
