The main shower was very bad ,hot and cold and very little pressure so the 6 of us had to use the en-suite

The double bed was in a very small room without an ensuite, we had expected the ensuite to be with the parents room but the room with the ensuite had two single beds.

Not told how to access the property on arrival. Had to ring the number in the booking as we couldn’t find the office to pick up keys. Maybe be more specific about where to pick up keys.

It was a little creaky and noisy. You could hear people walking around upstairs, as well as conversations taking place in other rooms in the flat. However this is a building construction issue and unavoidable

The Haymarket Residence is in a great location, just a short walk from the tram station and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The flat was clean and bright and well-equipped.

There was no lift and we weren't made aware of this before staying there. This meant that we had to try carry a large suitcase up the stairs. The people in the above apartment were "enjoying each other's company" a bit too much very regularly that it shook the ceiling and light a lot. It was obvious that it wasn't general walking around etc.

We were walked to our apartment and shown in. The man doing this was super friendly and nice. It was really close to the train station, as well as a nice co op, pubs and some restaurants too.

The double bed in the main bedroom is a bit small but it was very comfortable. - No real problems, apartment was great.

Apartment was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and showers amazing. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided which was appreciated. - We were able to check in early which was really appreciated as it meant we didn't have to carry our bags round the city while sightseeing. The main office for checking in is very close to the apartment. - The location is great. Close to Haymarket tram stop and station. Shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways are a very short walk to the top of the road. We'd recommend Marmaris for fish and chips and Pizza Geeks. It is walkable to the city centre, probably about 15-20 mins.

Some bits in apartment looked a bit tired but nothing too bad.

The agent was across the road from the apartments and easy to find and then access the apartment. Any correspondence with agents was replied to quickly and very helpful. Apartment was large and spacious in the main living areas. Close to Haymarket for train links and also for using tram to go into town.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, I have no comments regarding improving any aspect of it. It is a place that we would use again, highly recommended to go with family or a group of friends.

It is a very well located apartment, if you don't have problems with walking a little, it is very close to everything, in our case we went to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Princes Street on foot. The apartment is super comfortable, we were four people and up to eight can stay, which means that we were very comfortable.
