Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We needed to be up by 4am. We are always dependent on an early morning telephone call. You no longer provide this service (although your sister hotel in Valencia airport does!) Luckily we were saved by one of your employees , Winston, who came up to our room to set the alarm on the tv and also set the alarm on my wife's phone. We are both elderly and could not have managed these technicalities. We have stayed many times at this hotel with complete satisfaction. We may not be able to in future if this new policy remains.
Whole experience was fine except for early morning call.

The card to open room and operate the lift would stop working every single day and needs reenabling at the counter. A bit strange room layout, missing some potential storage places. The room description is accurate, but it doesn't change the fact of missing essentials like blowdryer, coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
Great location, not much noise even with window open. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is good in case you don't have the chance to eat somewhere else/at the airport.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky late at night lugging a big suitcase after a 24 hour flight. It appears to be at the back of the hotel, clearer instructions regarding this would have been good.
Clean, basic, comfortable, big buffet breakfast, vey close to airport.

As it was a business trip, I asked for the invoice with the company details on it. I gave all the details and according to them, it should have taken just a few minutes. As we were a bit in a hurry, we agreed that they would send it via email. Well, good that we didn't wait for it in person, as it has been 2 days, and still haven't received the invoice.
The hotel is right next to the airport. It takes 4 minutes to get to the baggage drop-off. Although we did not use the breakfast, as we had an earlier flight, but it is nice that they have breakfast starting from 4:30.

The price did not reflect the budget standard of the rooms. The rooms were a little like hospital rooms but this advertised as a budget hotel and it is just somewhere to crash before an early flight so this wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant and bar downstairs were very comfy and pleasant with good food and service so that is what matters.

Third bed above double. Had to be very careful not to bump my head. Small washbasin.

Room with overhead bunk felt claustrophobic. No remote control for the tv but reception sorted that.
Great location and a good choice at breakfast. Excellent service in the restaurant from Matt who was attentive without being intrusive. Really enjoyed the super food salad.
