Nothing stands out as a downside. A few things though... Quite a small lobby area, if one is important for you. Most of the USB outlets in the room were mot functioning. There was quite some mold in one of the corners of the bathroom.

Amazing location for tourism in London! A few little perks made it really nice stay as well. The free mini-bar was a nice compliment. Appreciate the 'no housekeeping' option for every second day, if you choose to, which is rewarded with a voucher for the Costa coffee just next to the lobby. The fresh lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch as well. Staff in the hotel were kind and smiley.

There is an odd smell on/ off from the bathrooms , nothing to do with the cleaning, I suppose old pipes as this is an old building. Reported to the reception desk .

Great place to stay for few days. Large rooms, very clean and very little worn furniture. I was impressed how clean the carpet was, in both rooms we've booked. Good shower . The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them . We didn't go for breakfast as there are so many options around the hotel, including Costa next door . We would happily stay here again.

Great location being right near Leicester Square, Chinatown, Little Italy and other tourist locations. This property is very close to the Piccadilly tube line for easy access to Heathrow Airport. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

The only negative was the distinct smell of sewage that entered the room at various times. As the windows are sealed the only source could be the bathroom or the air conditioning.

Room, Staff and breakfast were all excellent. The location was perfect for our weekend and served all the areas we wished to visit with ease.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The price and quality is optimal. The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent; additional glass screens are installed on the inside windows, which completely block out street noise that irritates you. Breakfast is excellent. There is everything you need to refresh yourself in the morning before exploring London. The English breakfast is great, I love English sausages, it’s a pity that my favorite hashbrowns were not there. It would be nice to have them for English breakfast. The rooms are small, but there is enough space to accommodate two adult travelers. The bathroom has everything you need. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, LCD TV with English programs. The most important advantage of the hotel is its convenient location in the very center of London with walking distance to famous historical and cultural places. There are several metro stations nearby, which adds mobility when moving around the capital. And finaly there are a lots of pubs with local english bitter beer. Without visiting them you will never understand the British soul.
