Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bar and breakfast space is very bland and corporate but works fine. My air con was a little noisy, but it did make the room very comfortable.
Very warm and professional welcome. Easy free parking. Easy check in. Offered a choice of floor/quieter room. Very clean and comfortable room with air con. Good breakfast selection with vegan sausages available on request. Very handy location to break a journey. Closer to the M5 than some service stations, but feels completely separate with no service-station-vibe. Restaurant and take-away in same complex. Very good Indian restaurant and pub with meals just a short walk away.

There was plastic on the corridor carpet, like building work was on going. The bathroom was small. The bathroom has a door which swings between the main door and the toilet door, the door takes up too much space, making the bathroom feel even smaller. The ovens weren’t working, so we were unable to eat at the hotel. There were two restaurants in the car park but neither were dog friendly.
We had a room with a super king bed, which was really comfortable. We had the choice of soft or firm pillows. The room was air conditioned. The room was clean and bedding crisp. Breakfast was included and we were able to pack up a take away breakfast as we needed to get on the road. Pet dog friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Windows were triple glazed so no noise from the car park or road.

Breakfast was good in terms of selection, however the bacon looked very underdone, which was the only main criticism
Room very clean and comfortable. Shower was very good and spotless. Bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Plenty of power points which was extremely helpful.

Lighting in the bedroom - main light over desk in bedroom not central in room. No plug in the bathroom. Quite expensive for what was provided.

There was a beeping that went off in our room almost hourly that needed me to press a button. It was on something called “intercall” very irritating to be woken so many times in the night. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Had to ask for knives and forks, no bacon on Saturday and no hash browns on Sunday. Egg both days was lukewarm at its hottest.
Location. We were at a wedding a couple of miles away. Checking in, we checked in at 1am due to finishing work late and travelling. This, even at that time was simple.

We have never found any faults with the holiday Inn at Droitwich.
The holiday Inn is a very good and clean hotel with good food and helpful, friendly, professional staff.

If I had to pick something, hair conditioner in the bathroom and tomatoes with the breakfast would have made everything perfect. For value though, I’m not really complaining

Breakfast was very busy at first with the layout and access congested .Nobody to sort out why things like empty containers which should have been filled with baked beans ,hash browns etc .Asked when these were coming and told very nicely "won't be long now"but I gave up after 30 mins.
