Great location, 4 minute walk to the convention centre which way why we were there. Hosts were great and very communicative. Apartment itself could do with some fresh paint, but other than that great property and would happily stay there again next time I am in Harrogate

The entryway was really messy and dirty. The stairway handrail is pretty dodgy. The bathroom needs a lot of repair, particularly the shower. When the doorbell was used, the shower fuse blew. SkySport was unavailable. No hairdryer, so had to buy one - although I was refunded.

Great location close to the town centre and the train station. Comfortable beds and nice, clean linen. Good size lounge and well equipped kitchen. Having the washing machine, drying rack and iron was a real bonus.

There was a musty smell. It was an old building, only 2 radiators were working. That was in the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom sink didn't have any hot water. The fridge wasn't cool enough and had a nasty smell.

The apartment was in walking distance to all shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious. The furniture was very nice. Table chairs sofa.

Freezer fully frozen- couldn’t use. No parking. Dingy from outside & inner corridor. Key box hard to find initially. Shower trip switch kept going. Cooker extractor not working. Position on main road which is noisy; hadn’t thought it would disturb us as much as it did!

Central location to Harrogate. Roomy flat, enough space for our needs.

The shower was unusable! Either dangerously hot- or freezing cold! . No shower for 3days! Noticed the same comment on previous review??? Not enough sofas in lounge .

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The apartment was clean, spacious and as described. It was well equipped with all the necessary equipment for a self catering break. It is close to the train and bus station and local shops and restaurants. I Really enjoyed my stay here.

The fridge are broken, the shower is blocked. All the food that we bought we all thrown in the bin because the fridge is broken. We were not able to take a shower because the shower is blocked. We tried to contact Martyn several times but the host is uncontactable. The place was dirty.

The smoke detector in the stairwell outside the apartment beeped every few minutes 24/7 for the entire length of our stay. I complained many times to the host who stated they had notified the building but nothing more could be done. It nearly drove us crazy, especially during the night. The chirping was so loud you could hear it from outside the building. In addition, the shower trips the circuit breaker and shuts off if you use it at full power for more than five minutes. The bed was uncomfortable.

It was wonderful being right in the heart of town. Yes, that meant some road noise but the location was well worth it.

The lockbox is quite low down on the wall and was difficult to operate crouching down in the dark. Bring a torch. The lights did not work on the stairs. The hot water in the bathroom sink went cold after a few seconds, never to become warm again. The shower was poorly constructed with a cracked tile, poor sealant and barely a right angle. The water veered between scalding and freezing - with no warning. The lights and water are safety issues and should be addressed urgently. We were attending a Conference and not spending long in the accommodation so we just got on with it. The apartment is described as "Exquisite" but the finish was pretty poor in many places and it did not live up to the photos. My wardrobe had a couple of pieces of timber where I would have expected proper hanging rails. There were only a few (4, if I remember) very flimsy hangers. Not enough even for my few clothes and too weak to hold more than a shirt. I would imagine if you wanted to cook there you would soon have found a lack of utensils and dishes. There wasn't even a corkscrew! We only needed a few mugs and cereal bowls, so we managed fine.

We chose this apartment for the location. Which was ideal.

The kitchen and bathroom were not up to standard. The fridge was old and smelled bad. The bathroom was falling apart and the overall finish of the two rooms was extremely poor quality. The way the cabinets, shower, toilet, sink etc have been fitted is extremely shabby and the seals are all broken. There were cockroach like bugs coming out of the sink and all the seals in the shower and I just wanted to spend as little time in those rooms as possible. The noise from the street was also extremely loud and I would suggest that the windows need to be double glazed.

The living room and bedrooms were pleasant but neither the sofa or beds were particular comfortable.

Not enough seating for 4 to watch tv. 10am checkout or penalised £25ph. Only 3 dinner knives, no oven glove, no tea towel. No soap in the dispenser, no shampoo. One toilet roll between 4. All fridge door trays missing. Broken kitchen drawer, broken front door security latch. Shower cubicle unbelievably poorly fitted, propped up on planks.

Nice large sitting room and dining table. Bedrooms were fine.
