What a superb Guest House in a perfect location. Lovely clean room which had a bed that was so comfortable, it was difficult to get out of. Great price. Good key safe system for check in. All in all, highly recommended and would most definitely return.

Easy contactless check in process with collecting keys from the keysafe. Room was clean and location ideal for exploring Snowdonia. Will be staying again!

The WiFi had really poor signal most of the time in our room. If you're travelling by car in peak season, you might have some trouble finding free parking which is on the streets nearby. It wasn't a big hassle for us during mid-April but a lot of the free spots were taken even mid week

Great location and hosts were very friendly and helpful! The room was more spacious than it appears in the photos and we had lots of space for our suitcase and drying out clothes after hiking up Snowdon. The bed was a decent size and bathroom was quite big with lots of space for towels toiletries and any other items needed to be stored. Multiple sockets at each bedside table, big mirror for getting dressed and a cupboard and chest of drawers too! Our 2nd floor room was quiet despite overlooking the main road and had a pretty view of the river conwy flowing around the town :)

Didn't see the staff to be able to organise any breakfast. Only met staff on leaving.

Accessing the room was really easy. Off road parking was available a short distance away and car parks are available. Room was comfortable.

Right in the center of the village views across the river. Plenty of tea coffee etc. Fridge on the landing was a good touch. Good quality towels bed linen etc. Definitely return for a longer stay.

The room price was pricy, but I suppose it was because of the Easter holidays. The house was smocky in the mornings. We did not try the breakfast though. Towels could be changed.

The hotel is on the main street, near the bus stop and supermarket. The room had a big window with nice views of the main street and river. The room was warm and the bed was king-size, very comfortable.

Cracking place to stay no drama's on point for location been going to Betws y coed since childhood amazingly had never stayed so staying at the fair haven was perfect the duvet was excellent thanks guys will see you soon

Fairhaven is perfectly situated to explore Eryri National Park - walkable to all main restaurants in Betwys-y-coed and very comfortable. We would stay again.

Right on main road with no on site parking.; meaning having to move car more frequently than we would have preferred. No shaver socket in ensuite.

The location of this b and b is perfect, easy to find with a good car parks and the most stunning scenery. Beautiful walks close by and the room itself was perfect.

We didn't see the staff, check in and out was self done. Conflicting information on line and information left on pillow about ordering breakfast with a form, which wasn't in the room, and on line said it needed to be done before the stay. Booking.com said there was free parking, there wasn't, and it took us a while to find parking. As I was on crutches this wasn't great.

The room was lovely clean, ample tea and coffee and there was a dvd play in the room and access to netflicks and amazon, which was a lovely addition. As was the selection of films and books to use.

Only minor thing was that the shower kept going cold after a few minutes but I didn't seek help with this so maybe could have been sorted.

Really great location, even though there is no car park it was pretty easy to find a spot up the road. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I had a chat with the owner and he was super friendly!! Easy check in and out which was great for me as I was leaving at 5am - all really good!
