There were too many people all trying to do the same thing. When there are a lot of people it would be good if more hot tubs could be opened. The restaurants on site are OK but not the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Food and drink in the spa is outrageously expensive.

The accommodation was really comfortable. Quality of food at breakfasts was excellent. The space of the spa is amazing and beautiful

The Prices of the drinks in the bar are More expensive than central London. Don’t really understand how or why they are so expensive. For example a pint was £7.70 and a gin was £12

Facilities were incredible and room was great. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Prices on site for food, drink and treatments are a little more expensive than usual but it is a 5 star hotel and in my opinion, are worth it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I have dietary requirements and they were so accommodating of my needs. The spa is amazing - the biggest I've ever been in - lots of lovely facilities (you could spend the entire day there). The food was fantastic - we ate in Gillies and Fratellis. The shower in the room was fantastic, the beds were so comfy, the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. An amazing complex with exceptional staff.

The lock on the outside of the bathroom door kept jamming and we got locked in a couple of times. The bath at the shepards hut unfortunately was tiny and nothing like in the pictures, it was also very dirty inside.

The amazing bed and pillows! The delicious food we had from Gillies for dinner and breakfast. The beautiful view of the river right outside our hut. How amazing all the staff are.

We only went out for dinner.. and we ended up staying the night. We had a late check-in and we were given a complementary 1pm checkout. This meant we could use the spa etc. We were very pleased with everything. You couldn't fault it in any way, top notch

The bed wasn't good at all. It was really shaking and making this squeaky noise when you really need it to be quiet.....if you know what I mean.

The environment brings you close to nature. It was just very peaceful ✌

The drinks here are on the pricey side but you are paying for the experience and the setting. A glass of prosecco in the vitality pool looking out over the river is well worth it in my opinion.

The shepherds huts are the perfect cosy romantic getaway. The fit out of the huts and attention to detail is simply top class. From the complimentary mini bar to the complimentary bath bombs for your outdoor bath tub. Everything in the hut feels considered and luxurious - the Dyson hairdryer is an excellent touch and also very appreciated when you are likely getting your hair wet each day at the spa. The hotel, spa and restaurants were all amazing. We ate at Gillies, The Castle and Fratellis. We found the food to be very reasonably priced and I was happy with everything. The best thing about the hotel is the thermal village and spa facilities set among the Galgorm woodland and real beside the river. I lost count of all the hot tubs, vitality pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis. A stay here is a real treat and I'm already thinking of when we can go back

There was nothing I didn't like ,the only fault was that there where no smoking areas in the spa facilities, you had to walk to another area ,which was a hassle .

Cocktails are £16.30!! Dearer than most city breaks and your only in Ballymena! Far too expensive, you are already paying enough for the night alone never mind adding that on top can see why people bring in their own. I know it’s a busy hotel, but the spa is beyond busy, constantly running to try get a hot tub or standing out in the cold whilst waiting on one, far too many people in one place, can make it less relaxing and stressful.

Galgorm is excellent, spa is excellent, rooms are lovely and staff are beyond lovely.
