The heating didn't work the second evening. The book said to phone the property manager, but i didn't want someone coming out at night. Inconvenient. The shower head just shoots upwards while using it. This happened mid shampoo and ended up with shampoo in my eyes. Not good. The pillows in the bedroom are cheap and go flat on impact. The bed itself is OKish oneside, but the right-hand side as you look at it is the worst bed I've ever slept in. It makes a noise as you sit down, and you can feel every spring in the mattress. Very uncomfortable, and now my back is bad. These are issues that need addressing, and this would be a first-class place. Oh, and no dining table or anywhere to eat.

Really cosy flat, clean, and welcoming. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. The decor is nice. Fully equipped kitchen. TV has streaming service. Wi-Fi good.

The confirmation email contained questions about whether beds were single or super king. Unfortunately I didn't read the detail at the bottom of the email at that time. Yes it was my mistake, but I think an email nearer the time asking for clarification would have helped me avoid paying an extra £25 to correct the bed arrangement. I couldnt read the booking.com messages on the web either so last minute arrangements were a bit tricky. All worked out fine in the end though.

This is the second time that we have stayed here and it provides a wonderful base for our working time in Harrogate. Contact with the owner is prompt, friendly but professional and the apartment is beautifully presented with excellent facilities. On street parking with a parking pass provided meant that we could park up on arrival and then walk 5 minutes down to the exhibition centre. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very cosy and comfortable. Plenty of space, very well renovated and with a good taste too. Lydia, the hostess, was very attentive and helpful. Location is great, just a short walk from a bunch of local cafes and shops. Parking was not a problem, there was always a vacant space on one of the nearby streets. I must especially note high enough ceiling to stand upright despite lower ground floor location, and I am 6ft3'.

Being down below was perfect in the blistering heat ! so cool. It was perfect for a work trip. had all the facilities needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable.

Small amount of noise from upstairs guests but to be expected on a weekend, didn't affect us much.

Lovely modern apartment fitted with everything you could need. Lovely touch giving extras such as coffea, tea and biscuits and providing toiletries and cleaning products. Clean and tidy and lots of information provided. Close to town, very close to Asda. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Amazing bathroom.

Not necessarily "Not Liked", but I think there should be more seating in the lounge area. If 4 adults were staying it would not be comfortable sitting in the lounge either chatting or watching TV. Maybe a couple of two seater settees would work better.

Excellent location and excellent value with easy walk to the Town Centre; no more than 10 minutes away. Plenty of close facilities such as ASDA and good takeaways. Very well equipped accommodation. Massive beds in large bedrooms and lovely large bathroom. Everything in good working order. Nice option of the outside gardens.
