We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom was very small, didn't feel cozy. We wanted to rest but kept going out because we didn't feel comfortable in the room. Almost claustrophobic. Staff was okay. Could have been a bit friendlier. The bar was very uninviting.
I like that they offer cheap shuttle to the airport.

GermanyThe Cleanliness! Also, you can hear the water pump quite a lot of you or the quests below you use the water. Should we fly from Gatwick in the future, we will not be staying at this hotel.
We only spend one night at this hotel. We got a family room in the attic, which was not very comfortable or convenient. The beds were older and thus not really comfortable, the cleanliness has to be improved - man could still see the glass imprints after the previous guests on the table etc. We left the hotel at 6am, the shuttle was well organized.

Lighting is far too bright and someone hogged the remote so we had no choice but watch Coronation St. We would have stayed longer if there had been a more relaxed feel and better colours. It felt like a cafe. Someone needs to check out how Premier Inn etc do it. Beds a bit hard but that is always personal choice

United KingdomOur bedroom was at the front of the hotel in a very busy road so quite noisy. Curtains were thin so street light shone through all night. Take a eye mask & ear plugs & you will be fine!
Location was great as needed somewhere near Gatwick airport for one night.

United KingdomNot much atmosphere in the bar which is sparsely furnished. Staff were pleasant, but we didn’t stay long. Charger for overnight parking should be removed and just be made part of the cost of the overnight stay.
We stayed here as we needed an overnight stop in an hotel due to our early start. Everything was good compared to the price we paid.
