The staff were amazing on the reception, they bar and the leisure centre! My massage with Sasha was extremely professional and her advice for skin care for my daughter was excellent

I'd have liked a firmer pillow as the ones on offer were to soft and didn't give much support. I am also not a fan of shower curtains. The pool was also on the chillier side and was difficult to swim in as 1 end was less than a metre deep.

The staff were great throughout my stay. The room was clean and decorated well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good also, it was very busy but there was always food available.

it was near SECC breakfast was okay but could have been better Bacon on the second day looked like it was heated up from the Sunday and the bar Menu could have been better for food.

We were well warned by the hotel there was refurbishment on the first and second floor. we were on the third floor and woke up to noise below. Our fault. The rooms are in need of an overdue refurb and feel a bit old and worn. Hopefully next visit we may have one of the new rooms. Disappointed with the pool area. It was worn and in need of an update. Damp on the walls and ceiling in the changing area, floor tiles were cracked although there were workmen in repairing some of the tiles.

Good location on Argyle Street. Good secure parking. spacious foyer. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a light lunch in the bar which was fresh and tasty. We only used the restaurant for breakfast which was very good. Buffet style.

The access to the pool and gym because of refurbishment in the main building had to walk past reception and Bar area and go outside to get to it. So we never used the pool and gym.

Having to go outside to get to the pool. Pool was nice,like a rabbit warren from changing rooms to the pool. Going out the front door in the evening a crowd was gathered smoking. Had to walk through them.

Paying to park a vehicle but it's the norm now for city hotels. Doesn't encourage me in any way to use public transport as it's rubbish to get here from my home. Would take up most of my day.

The room was well appointed, maybe a few more snacks included instead of a single biscuit each with tea/coffee. The breakfast was also very good, dining room area starting to show it's age a bit. There are plans for an upgrade in 2024.

I had to perform life saving first aid on another guest on 23/12/23 at breakfast when he was choking and his airway was blocked. I think Management ought to have acknowledged this and checked on me. The prices in the bar for wine were excessive.

The breakfast choice was great. We enjoyed the leisure. The room was lovely. Kind of the hotel to leave banners and balloons in the room for my husband's birthday. The Christmas tree in the foyer was beautiful.
