The entrance to the office block was a bit rough

The decor was perfect with amazing art on the walls. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We loved the freshly made cakes and ice cream !

Entrance to building needs a revamp and buzzer to hotel wasn’t working. Luckily someone left the building. Signage needs to be reviewed. Unfortunately there’s scaffolding in front of building.

Clean, very crisp and feels homely. Bed is amazing, towels are very white and fluffy. Lovely free treats available in the lobby area.

Not a big issue but could do with an update usb plugs possibly and a newer TV to connect your phone but no necessity just a suggestion.

The staff were really welcoming and made a great effort to engage with my 4yo. The rooms were a great size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fab, it's a small but perfectly sized room and the options were great without being too much. Again the staff were very welcoming at breakfast and worked had to make sure everyone was looked after.

Entrance to building was difficult to find and very dirty. Disappointing as the hotel on the 6th floor was excellent.

Great location just outside Central Station. Private entrance to the hotel feels more secure. The room was spacious and had the amenities required to make my stay comfortable. The free ice cream and cake was a treat. The staff were friendly and obliging.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location. The entrance from the street was underwhelming so it was a nice surprise to find a clean, airy hotel inside. Good sized room. Nice touches like free cakes including gluten free, a sitting room with coffee, tea and an honesty bar. Friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms at Grasshoppers are clean, bright and modern. I especially like the extensive shelving for easy, visible, accessible storage. Comfortable beds and crisp white linen, just like home.

Before arrival I had some questions regarding my booking, but my phone call was never returned as promised and also my message went unanswered. Would have wished for a better service there.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and a great hot shower. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the free cake, coffee and tea is a bonus for sure. The hotel is right at the centre. Everything in easy walking distance. Good that most rooms don't face the busy street and give you quite at night.

What a gem of a find. Lovely small hotel all on the top floor of a building beside Central Station. Very quiet but within easy walking distance of Buchanan Street and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely home made cakes and an ice cream fridge. Rooms was lovely and bright, comfy bed and nothing else needed. The best hair drier evet!
