The heaters at night was horrible, we couldn't turn them off as it was central. My son and me could not sleep well and my dogs kept licking due to how hot it was. It was too late to go to reception they was closed anyway at that time.

I loved the breakfast, it was my sons first hotel experience and he loved it.

Simple things weren’t checked - plug getting stuck and not working and hand wash dispenser not working. Two minor things that stopped this being 10/10.

The location was good, the staff were friendly on the front desk when checking in and the rooms were tidy and clean. Had everything we needed in the hotel for a 1 night stay.

Menu had good options if you ate meat. There were two main options for non meat eaters, salad or curry, and no fish option, so I was very limited

Two very small observations were the breakfast had no Wheatabix or fried / poached eggs (This would have helped as my mum is on a level six diet i.e. food not as solid) However the choice was excellent and we were both very happy Although on ground floor the hall door was little difficult to open and get a wheelchair through

My mother and I stayed Thursday 14th till Sunday 17th March My mother is disabled and the room we got on the ground floor suited us very well (Easy access) I was impressed by size and quality of the room, with a fantastic shower i.e. had a seat, walk in access and was easy to use (I cannot emphasize how special this was) The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would like to thank them for their help Two in particular, at reception (sorry never got names) was the blond girl with the lip piercing and the blond Russian girl Both were so friendly and attentive with my mum e.g. mentioning her broach, which made her day

Food quality at the site needs some improvement.

Customer service was good. Although they were having technical issues when we arrived they were honest and genuine about it which helped resolve the situation. Room was as expected.

The staff were very helpful and let us have a late checkout as we were at an early morning dance competition. This meant we could go back to the room and change and pack our things before our flight and it was much appreciated

Nothing to dislike, there was a leak beside the bedroom, as a pipe appeared to have burst but it did not impact us at all, it was just a little unsightly.

Receptionists were lovely, kind and attentive . They made us feel very welcome and were very helpful and accommodating when it came to unexpectedly bringing our little dog!

The fact that the room we were staying in heating was turned off. But lovely staff behind reception turn it back on for me so my vulnerable mum was happy.. Didn't like how Jam at breakfast is left. Small packets of jams are better.. in bedroom for making hot drink teaspoons are ideal not cupboard sticks that break. But overall it was lovely stay
