Great location for the first direct arena . Room was very clean . Spacious for 3 adults . Parking onsite , paid £20 for 24 hours , didn't bother us paying that as its easy and secure . Breakfast was good , lots to choose from, something for everyone . Staff were friendly. Would stay here again if in Leeds .

location in a desolate area with parking lots, highways and empty buildings...walkable to the centre but not the nicest of areas. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic as it was busy..so no eggs or bacon. As you have to leave your room at 11 am , breakfast is till 0930 so everybody rushes in at at 0845-0900

Breakfast was quite poor . Ran out of hot food and had to wait 20 minutes to replenish . Also no milk for cornflakes ( Cmon! ) Gave me milk in coffee pots to pour on my cereal. Not good

Took the train as the parking overnight was £20 which is a bit excessive.

Lovely complimentary breakfast available to suit all tastes. Great room with lovely bathroom and coffee and tea facilities and sound proofing so no traffic noise. Excellent customer service from all staff.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was dust in the furniture and stains in the rug. Although the beddings and towels were cleaned.

The breakfast time is too early 06:00am to 09:00am, that means if you don't wake up early, then you miss out on breakfast, which is what happen on our stay, but honestly I don't mind because am not really a breakfast person

The staffs are friendly and professional, quick to sort out the issue I had with my room, the environment is very clean, location is good, city centre in just 10 minutes walk away from the hotel, if you don't want to eat in the hotel, there are nice restaurants around.

There was only a small space at one side of the bed, which made it difficult to get in and out of bed

The location of the hotel was great. It was not far from the arena where we were going. O ly there one night. Breakfast was good a lot to choose from.

The only complaint I have is there was absolutely no grip in the shower so both of us using the room took a spill that luckily didn't cause injury

Very expensive overnight parking £20, Breakfast was like being at Butlins, we went down just after 08.30 on Bank holiday Monday, all the hot food had gone and it was a free for all at the servery, finding a table was difficult too, the room was clean and tidy, although our toilet seat was broken and the bathroom mirror was chipped, when the toilet seat was reported the response was there was no maintenance available.

the price was extortionate - dynamic pricing when Leeds was very very busy. Having seen the usual prices, i think it would usually be good value. But i paid £1,900 for 5 nights.
