Didn’t like the security deposit - mostly because I wasn’t aware of it when booked. Says will take 5 to 10 days to get it back - I haven’t received it back yet after leaving 4 to 5 days ago. Apartment also got very hot - turning off the heated towel rails helps.

Loved the view - enjoyed watching the ships come and go. Great parking and close to the tram direct into central Edinburgh. Lots of restaurants close by and an Asda. Didn’t use the car while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

There was zero cleaning products to wipe down work tops after cooking 1 bottle of spray and wipe would have been good.

The kitchen was reasonably well equipped however there was no toaster available. A pretty minor issue really.

Extremely helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Fantastic views across the harbor towards the city. The location is out of town a bit but does have easy access via the trams and busses within an easy walk. There is an Asda close by if you want to self cater. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Large living space with comfortable sofa and lounge chairs.

Despite the building location is nice overlooking the harbour, And part of a gentrified/regeneration area of the city, the surrounding area still remains a deprive area of the city.

Comfortable flat with 2 rooms + 2 bathroom + open space kitchen and living area. Underground car park included Bus stop in front of the building only 3 miles away from the city centre

Family apartment for 4 people had an amazing view from the top floor. Large windows allowed to enjoy the view to the full! the staff was amazing, helping us to find the apartment and get an access to it despite we were late with check in. it is highly recommended to read instructions carefully ))) easy access to the centre of the city via the bus - one needs to take it from the nearby ending bus station.

Parking excellent! it’s just a bit away from the city centre but maybe there is a better way into the centre than taxis. These apartments are fantastic!

Lift noises, but only during day , not too bad , but noticeable

Absolutely beautiful property, great location, good bus service to Edinburgh, apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, great big windows and balcony with views of Royal yacht Brittania, Edinburgh Castle, Hillend ski slope , Arthur’s seat , and even end of princes street . Some of the doors did not close properly, but this really is a very minor point. The hot water ran out on our first evening before we had all had a shower. However, we had arrived very late and didn’t have time to wait for it to re-heat. The next day, we staggered our showers throughout the evening and all had lovely, hot ones!

After a terrible experience with our original accommodation, which led to us having to cancel with nowhere else to stay, we stumbled upon these incredible apartments. There was one left and we booked it. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and spacious it was. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were amazing. So powerful and could be hand-held, which is important for us. The next morning, we couldn’t believe our eyes when we opened the curtains in the lounge and saw the view of the Firth of Forth, with sunlight flooding in. Lovely location at the end of the tram line with very easy access into Edinburgh. We would highly recommend.

The only thing I could suggest is adding kitchen roll to the kitchen supplies.

Easy access to the town centre. Reception staff were lovely and organised earlier check in than usual. Spacious and clean with plenty of cooking equipment. Great view when it wasn’t foggy. Parking was free and plentiful. Brilliant for the cost.
