We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything was spotless. The room was beautiful, food delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Danny, Holly and Polly. My son was running LEJOG, and The Mole was a lovely, relaxing place to unwind for the night. Unfortunately, as we had to keep moving, we were unable to take advantage of the leisure facilities, but we would love to return.

United KingdomThe cold water in the bathroom basin ran warm,so we had to keep asking for cold water for drinking. The room cleaner mistakenly took the tv remote control one afternoon and husband was unable to watch his team in TV!
Substantial breakfast and all local produce. Food in the Cellars restaurant was also lovely ,and again local and fresh.

United KingdomService at breakfast was a bit slow but otherwise the service and staff were great. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms and changing rooms are in need of some modernizing to keep up with the aesthetic of other areas .
Overall a brilliant stay with a nice setting and pool/gym facilities with lots of activities available. It is a really nice environment to escape too!

Our room was made up beautifully and with a complementary bottle of bubbles to celebrate getting married! The accommodation is dog friendly - our Golden Retriever received plenty of treats and enjoyed his stay too! Thank you again The Mole team and look forward to staying with you again soon!

United KingdomThe spa/swimming pool changing rooms are horrific. Worse than a grubby leisure centre. One of the shower drains was blocked when we were there and I witnessed the receptionist trying to unblock it with a pen whilst loudly talking about how gross it was.
The Manor House was lovely, the food in the restaurant was so good. We loved the feel of the place. We played Bowles out the front, the grounds are beautiful

United KingdomThe location is amazing, the Manor House is great and we really enjoyed having tea in the Morning Room. The staff was friendly and very attentive, especially in the restaurant. There is an excellent amount of activities to choose from, so it's hard to get bored even on a rainy day. The spa facilities were great, the food was very tasty and our room was cosy and very clean. Very useful app that lets you track the activities for the day! The only thing we didn't get was the complementary glass of fizz we were supposed to receive at dinner when we pre-booked, but we didn't mention this to the waiters, so that's also our fault! In no way has this affected our experience.

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with a glorious view over the countryside - I also went to the gym (I know!) which was well equipped and also had a fabulous view - will definitely be back and staying longer

United KingdomThe pool area is very nice but only one lounger next to jacuzzi. It would be nice to have a row of beds available to sit on and relax when not in the pool, jacuzzi, steam or sauna. The bistro was not open so limited of where to have a drink or snack after spending time at pool complex.
The resort is very impressive. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast delicious with lots of choice.
