You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NigeriaThe room was not made or cleaned during the four days period of my stay, even after requesting only towels were replaced once. Some staff were also not so customer focused. For instance, one rudely asked the breakfast be paid for before eating as though one would run away.
Check in assistance was excellent with friendly staff. The room was well made and clean at check-in. Excellent location, accessible to all major transportation, especially trains, underground & Ferry as well as stores, bars/lounges.

ItalyThe staff precarged us 100£ for the damage of the room even if last time they didn't do that and if I hadn't been notified of that. My dog is very friendly and never destroyed anything. I've been here before, and my dog didn't misbehave. You should let people know about any changes. Thank you.
