I think you should offer people who come stay regularly a loyalty price..

It's near my.place of work. It's simple to get to and go home to Sussex. I like the surrounding markets restaurants etc.

There is no room service and staff are not that cooperative. Room and bathroom are so small.

It is very near to underground and next to supper market.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. And the bathroom wasn’t clean

No coat hooks in the room so jackets took up all space in the closet and clothes had to stay in the suitcase...

Room too warm, even when I had the thermostat on 0. The mattrass had a lot of dust on the headboard side (topper was smaller so I had a clear view), so not sure if they clean it properly. Upon check in the front desk told me that I still had to pay for my room, while it was already paid up front. I showed them the payment receipt and he said he still couldn't find it. After some help from his colleagues he said that he had to check the booking.com system where he could see it was paid. The next day around 10 pm I received a message on whatsapp (!!) that I still had to pay for my room. I really don't appreciate this and your staff needs to be trained and/or communicate better with each other.

this is the second time I have stayed here. I was charged £3 per piece of luggage if you want to store it when you check out, this was not the case the first time I stayed in December 2023 when it was free.

very clean and comfortable with a good value breakfast. the hotel is literally on the corner of Aldgate East tube so getting around London was so easy. plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

air con system didn't work

The BEST location of this Ibis around the corner from Aldgate East tube station and 10 mins walk to Spitalfields/ Shoreditch. Tesco express next door if you needed any extras. Hotel clean, felt safe, staff very friendly. Bed comfy, window opens slightly enough to get air in but the air con system didn't seem to work?

I tried to change one room from Double to Twin. I was asked to call Booking, Booking called the property, then called me back and asked 150 £ extra vs my initial price. I refused to pay for it and I canceled one of the 5 rooms I booked ( the last day with free cancellation). One day later, I got a message from the property that I could upgrade with only 30£, but it was too late, as the room was already canceled. So, nothing could be done. I called many times the customer service, but no support from their side. Even my last messages on Booking have no answer.

The hotel was nice and clean, situated in a good area, close to Tower Bridge. The breakfast was good.

Couldn't use the facility to connect device to the TV via wifi as the TV wasn't itself connected to wifi.

The location is excellent - right on the edge of Zone 1 for the Aldgate East tube station. Showers are spacious and 24-hr front desk is reassuring.

Friendly staff, great location close to the tower, towerbridge and HMS Belfast. Subway station was just right around the corner. Great range of breakfast offers. From full english to continental, you can find everything.

There was no windows in the room and the bathroom was not so good.

The position is really good. In less than 30 minutes you're in the most famous places.

No possibility to hang out the jacket near the door, the toiletries were not filled up regularly.

The staff was really helpful and welcoming, the location is within the city's most vibrant and hipster aread, close enough to Liverpool Street.
