There were no staff , place was very dark, bathroom floor was wet with massive puddle, toilet was leaking . My feet got wet each time I entered the bathroom.No meals nor breakfast available. There was a kettle but no milk. No parking facilities bathroom light kept switching off whilst I was in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable good curtains also peace and quiet for nights rest also tv was in the room with tea making facilities but no milk! There was an oil heater.

Bathroom light flicked on and off, kettle lid was broken, bed not comfy, heating didn't work (portable oil heater was only heat source) and constant banging of doors etc which made sleep differcult!, No breakfast available or staff present during stay!

A bit giddy to get into building with having to phone up for entrance codes and codes again to get key to the room ! Beds need decent duvets as present ones are too small and coldish night's sleep !

the fact that a disco / pub / nightclub was underneath the rooms and the noise was awful, very loud banging music and even with ear plugs in i didn't fully get to sleep for over 3 hours.

Very basic and staff at door was very rude my wife was on phone asking for code to get in and a staff member took my wife's phone without permission so he could chat with his boss gave the phone back to my wife and didn't say a word he thought it was normal but if u can ignore the staff no one bothers you most of smoke detectors ate covered with plastic bags or paper mashy so no problems smoking fags and spliffs

The front was unrecognisable as a hotel, just looked the doors to 3 separate houses, when l eventually found it during the thunderstorm, l got soaked wait for some response to my loud knocking as the bell l was meant to push was just two bare wires, l was then left standing outside while my booking was verified. When l asked about parking the reply was anywhere without yellow lines. I departed at 2.30 Tues as I could not get to sleep when l woke up

I didn’t have any, l didn’t see the guest welcome to the restaurant and bars until late Monday afternoon.

Stains on the bedding. One cup in a room for two people, and it was dirty. Taps in the small ensuite moved when turning them on, and the water in the sink backed up to fill it halfway. Toilet was dirty, and the shower was old and poor condition. Pillows were old and lumpy, springs could be felt through the mattress. Bedside table was filthy, had to wash it down ourselves. No one available to hand over the key when we wanted to check out.

No breakfast offered, although it was stated it was included.
