We had twin beds (two ladies travelling together visiting friends in Teignmouth) and although very comfortable and fresh the beds were very small.

The breakfast was lovely and the hosts so attentive and friendly. We had lovely views over Dawlish from our room and the free parking was a huge bonus. Very clean and a great location.

Nothing. It was a faultless stay.

Breakfast was wholesome with top quality ingredients. Rooms were enormous and very comfortable. The shower gave a good cascade of water at the right temperature. Everything was well thought out - ie plug points for the dressing table, mirror and bed. heating was adjustable. The views were terrific. Parking was easy. Our hosts Fiona and Rob had gone the whole nine yards in making this fine old Georgian building suit todays needs, and yet still retaining all of its original charm and character.

Nothing, everything was good

Bedroom is very large and well furnished. The bed large and comfortable. The shower room was also very large with a separate WC. Both of these rooms were very clean. There were nice gestures such as cotton wool, cotton buds and also two homemade cookies and two Macarons.

Didn't dislike anything, but a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe would have been nice. The shower cubicle was a little small.

Good size bedroom with nice decor and seaview. Fiona and Rob were excellent friendly hosts with lovely small touches like daily homemade cookies and nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding breakfast with plenty of choices.

Absolutely nothing - we had a lovely four night stay.

This accommodation is ideally located just off Dawlish town centre. The (four) different breakfasts were all absolutely delicious and the room was excellent providing beautiful sea views. Fiona and Rob are excellent and friendly hosts regularly providing valuable advice on excursions etc. Can thoroughly recommend the Lammas Park and would definitely return. Thanks again Fiona and Rob!!!!

The rooms were so clean , comfortable and had everything we needed tea tray was perfect so was the view .Fiona and Rob were so friendly nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were first class . It's in a lovely locations close to everything even Black Swans nesting on the river in the town . We are already planning to go back :)

Lovely room, beautiful decor, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts were also extremely good with ample choice to suit all tastes. Owners were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely recommend and hopefully return. Easy parking too, and little extras ie homemade cookies to make your stay special.

Loved the house, and the suite on the top floor had terrific views. Very convenient location, station, shops and sea all a short walk. Left the car and took the train. Breakfast was excellent, really delicious. Lovely touches, including home made biscuits. Fiona and Rob went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay. Fiona and Rob were very welcoming and made sure we didn’t need anything. They were there if we needed them. Absolutely loved the view of Dawlish from our room. Would definitely go back again.

Our hosts went out of their way to make my sister and I feel home from home. The rooms were comfortable and homely. Free products in the spotless bathrooms. Welcome cookies with our complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was freshly cooked and extra coffee and toast offered. Dawlish is hilly and our hots were more than willing to meet our trains on arrival and departure helping us to manage our luggage. I would stay at Lammas Park House if I was to visit Dawlish again.

We loved the view of the sea and town from the additional living room in the attic suite. The breakfast was delicious and just right especially the black pudding. Rob and Fiona were fabulous and couldn't help more than they did. They sent us to a lovely park for the children and when we left things behind they posted them on.

Very good instructions on how to get there and where to park. Hosts had our room ready for when we arrived which was great. Very friendly welcome by Fiona who showed us the breakfast room and the times for breakfast and explained about the WiFi. She carried my parents case up the flight of stairs to their room, which was very kind. Rooms were clear, home made cookies, tea and coffee etc in the rooms. My parents room was huge with everything apart from a fridge. We had the York room, which was a lot smaller. Beds were comfortable but I would have preferred bigger pillows, but that is my preference. Lovely selection of hot breakfast items with cereal, yoghurt and fruit salad. It would have been nice to help yourself to the fruit juice. Fiona always offered you a good selection of toasts and breads. Lovely breakfast room. You could not hear anything in the rooms from other guests and we slept well. Shower hot and powerful. Location was excellent, easy walk to town, train station and bus stops.
