Great location friendly staff substantial breakfast

Our fault we booked a small double which was at the very top. Plenty of stairs but we did keep fit during our stay.

Nothing to Dislike

The Sraff were very welcoming and Friendly, Leo was fab so helpful, the Room was spotless with a wonderful view of the Ocean. And the Welsh Breakfast was Excellent,

Paid for sea view but trees obstructed most of the view. Only stayed one night so didn’t really matter . Car parking is offered at £10/day but is cheaper on the road outside if you can get a space. It’s free after 4pm until 10am next day so if you time it right you may be lucky.

Great location close to the pier. Clean modern and comfortable. Friendly welcome. Freshly cooked breakfast.

Not knowing that the room was on the third floor, but this wasn’t to be helped and we didn’t mind.

I wish there was a lift, but that didn't matter.

Everyone was so friendly and the room was perfect with a great view. The breakfast and service was amazing. I posted some photos taken from my room.

Maybe,just to let future guests be aware that some rooms at the top of the Hotel can be difficult to access for guests of an older persuasion. I managed it for a week and I feel fitter for it.

All staff couldn’t do enough for me. They were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful.

Nothing, there's no parking but we did manage to find a space about 5 minutes away in a side street.

The location of the hotel was excellent 2 minutes to the pier and 5 minutes into the town with plenty of shops and restaurants.The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was lovely there was lots of choice and plenty for all.

There were no lifts but we were aware of this before we went.

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with the luxury of fried bread! So much nicer than hash browns. The location was perfect, on the sea front near the pier and some good pubs and eating places. Not too far to walk from the railway station.

Lots of stairs but thats to be expected in an older Victorian property

Would have been great if they did evening meals. The shower heads were not the cleanest.

The hotel was lovely, staff lovely, tea, coffee hot chocolate in the room even a flump to go with it.. mini fridge in the room, lots of storage, bed really comfy and breakfast excellent!!!

Room was really warm no heating on in room was super hot even with the windows open. If your close to ground floor can hear people up and down stairs and can be loud when people are checking out. Can also hear the cleaners in and out the rooms when cleaning in the morning. Also annoying noise from bathroom when turn water on.

Staff really lovely and attentive , Early check in and late check out which was great, room really nice clean & spacious. Breakfast was lovely and a lot to choose from.
