Unfortunately the double bed needed a new mattress as it was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also didn't have a working light in the bathroom however the staff tried their best to help us out with a solution and provided us with a lamp. Dog barking outside at random times quite late but this obviously can't be helped.

only minor things, some of the shower sealant looks like it needs changing or bleaching as it's gone black, walls have been filled but not painted, no lamp or electricity to charge phone near bed.

Room was clean, beds were comfy and sheets were clean, shower was decent pressure and warm, staff very polite and helpful, parking was fine and plenty to occupy in the local area of an evening.

Cleanliness was poor, large amounts of dust under the bed, cobwebs in room. Bathroom sink was coming away from wall, stained toilet seat. Could not connect to wifi network.

I can’t use sink for wash my hand or bush my teeth. The sink’s plug were broken before we went there and someone might come to repair it tomorrow. Anyway I was there just only one night.

I was stay in family room. It’s nice big room and enough for three of us. Fridge, kettle, microwave in bed room. Tesco, Asda and Lidl are around there. (5 mins walking)

Great overnight stay while visiting some attractions in Pembroke. Steve on main reception gave us a very warm welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us.

The fact my 2 year old son had fallen through the banister which had no sprindles and got wedged between the wall and the stairs and staff didn't even bother to give a curtsey call to check to see how he was.

Couldn't check in after 8 so had to rearrange plans and make a 1 hour detour to check in. When we arrived to sleep, there was no bedding so we slept on bare mattresses under stained duvets. No towels so couldn't even freshen up/shower the next morning. No staff onsite between 8pm & 11am. The whole place reeks of neglect. Filthy front door, curtain rail and light fitting hanging off, strange paint splodges on the wall. The neglect might have been acceptable at half the price. The lack of bedding and towels was wholly unacceptable...

There appears to be one staff member - Steve-doing everything. He was lovely - none of the posts were his fault

Blind to attic window did not close

A fantastic place to stay. The lodge has a car park at the rear of the property with CCTV which met our needs. Once in the room our expectations were exceeded, the room was large with plenty of natural light. The beds were very clean with super soft mattresses which aided in a good night sleep after a long car journey. It is also worth noting that directly opposite this property is an excellent pub with very friendly people inside, the pub also aided after the long car journey :)

The family room was more than I was expecting. Decent size fridge, comfortable beds, great shower and free wifi. Was met by Steve and booked in without an fuss.

The lodge was nice and clean. The Host was great, really friendly. Lovely pub across the road. Parking was free which is a bonus. Towels and bedding were lovely and fresh. I would come back here

The room was very poor quality - a broken window and window blind meant light was let in over the children's bed impacting sleep both before bed and in the morning. The bathroom facilities were not great - there was a very rancid smell of fousty urine and the bathroom light did not work. The main light in the bedroom also was faulty. The communication for arrival and check out was lacking and overall was very underwhelmed with the welcome on arrival. Kettle had to be cleaned before being used as some foreign objects in there and milk provided was out of date.
