Not much I didn’t like to be honest.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location for walking access I to Harrogate. Really liked the style of the property

Location was great Near a pub, bakery at the end of the road with also 2 cafes close by. Around 12 minutes to walk into town and an asda within 10. Great there is parking.

Could do with a bit of TLC (walls need repainting) & the bathroom door handle sticks.

Warm, comfortable (especially the beds). Excellent location with the bonus of free parking.

Heating and water system didn’t work and we were only there 2 nights so the first night was very cold and I had children with me , the host was contactable and did apologise , system was repaired 2 nd day , however so cold when we arrived and the first night which was disappointing

The lack of kitchenware - large bowls to serve or heat up in the microwave, no jugs, no serving plates, no corkscrew etc restricts the ability to cook for the number of people who are staying.

Lovely quiet flat - it's just off the Skipton Road BUT it's well insulated and has secondary glazing so it's super quiet. It's exactly like the pictures on the internet. OMG the beds are COMFY! Blackout curtains also add to the good night's rest. Good spacious parking space - any other vehicles will need a permit but there is free roadside parking within a short distance of the property. As it's right on the Skipton road it's easy to travel to Ripon / Ripley Castle / Knaresborough etc It's tastefully decorated. Lovely pics of Harrogate that speak of pride in the area.

Everything was superb

Good location. Host was in touch with clear instructions. Decor and facilities were excellent. Very comfortable beds. Good value for money.

Did not use the apartment as no heating or hot water. Not fit for purpose. Booked in to travel lodge instead at further expense. Owner has not returned my calls so have had to approach booking.com for a refund.

Unfortunately this property is not luxury. It’s nice but there needs to be some thought put into comfort. Pillows , flat . Couch terrible. Kitchen adequate. Noisy with family staying in flat 2. No adequate information regarding good eating places etc..

It was central to walk into the village. Nice coffee shop around the corner .

Boiler faulty upon arrival and no hot water, no pre warning from owner even though he seemed to know about it as he had arranged for an engineer to visit. You couldn’t keep this on, as it was very noisy in the bedroom next door. “Private Parking” spot was on occasions used by everyone else within the area which was annoying If there is anybody in the flat above you, be prepared to hear their every movement Never used the kitchen, however there is some questionable locations of sockets (right next to the sink) and oven isolator (half hidden by splash back). Recently refurbished bathroom poorly ventilated which leaves condensation dripping down the walls on poorly chosen colour grey. Once dry this leaves horrible water stains all over the walls making it appear “dirty” Apartment is located right above a “beauty parlour/sun bed shop” which plays loud music which echos/vibrates through the building until 9PM. Heat from below (I’m guessing sunbeds) unbearable within the flat at times.. especially in already warm weather, however this would be lovely in the winter. You open the windows to which you then create a rattle on poorly fitted doors which in the end became very annoying

Recently “refurbished” property in a convenient location for me, with private parking spot (seems a rarity within Harrogate). Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Towels were lovely.

Very nice apartment and well appointed. As a non-UK citizen, I wasn't completely familiar with all the appliances, but Tom helped out via the phone when needed. Very nice location near the Stray and within walking distance of shopping district and pubs.

The location was great next across the road from a park. The rooms were large and the accommodation was able to accommodate 6 adults. The owner Tom was in touch to make sure our stay was hassle free.

Excellent property with everything you need. Nice location only 15 minutes walk from town centre. Would definitely recommend.
