The cleanness of the towels, bed sheets and carpet in the room could improve. the design is old fashioned.

Our host, Parvinder, was very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet, quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The heating was perfect! we could change the room temperature easily. The room has a small refrigerator, microwave and a kettle, which enabled us to have some of our mills there. the shower was big and clean, hot water was always available. nice view. few minuets to walk to Brunel University.

The bedroom could do with a mirror but Pavinder said he will address this straight away.

The owner Parvinder is lovely and very helpful with any requests. The room was a nice size for an overnight stay. Good size tv with a a clear picture. Tea/coffee making facilities, also there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The ensuite is a good size with mirror. Thank you, I will return again when in the area.

Hot water took far too long to come through in the shower but was plentiful when it got there.

Situated near a bus stop with easy access to Uxbridge underground straight to Centre of London. Parking available. Well priced. Excellent hosts.

The decoration is outdated and I had stains on my wall. The room was OK but it needed updating as did the entire building. From the outside I wondered what I had booked as the building looks very old and run down.

Check-in went well. The staff were friendly and pleasant in showing me to the room. I had a late check out which was excellent and very useful as I working close to the location

On the day my room was cleaned, I came and found that someone has used my toilet and didn’t flush. Also they forgot to leave toilet paper. The next morning, when I asked for it, I received two rolls of toilet paper immediately.

The location was excellent for my purpose. I met two people there and both were very helpful and friendly.

No shops/ pubs etc. within walking distance

We had a very early flight out of Heathrow (15 min. drive to the car rental return). Therefore the hotel is perfect. Parking is for free. If you intend to spend time in your room, I wouldn*t recommend it though. Rooms aren't very spacious and it was very hot.It was clean and we (party of three) had enough towels. Staff is very friendly.

The pillows were a little flat for my liking, we had to double up the pillow.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The property overall speaking is okay, and close to the Heathrow airport which was really convenient for us to catch our flight.

Altogether we had three rooms of which one had an little odd smell.

Not so high standards of course for that price but very clean rooms and everything was working as expected. Big plus for the very nice and helpful staff! 5 min walk away to bus to Uxbridge or Heathrow. Can recommend. Quite and safe environment.

There was too much noise from youngsters staying at the hotel at the same time. Perhaps it would have been good if a staff member had reminded them there were other guests staying there also. Yet, I was tired enough to fall asleep anyway, so no big deal

The room and its view was great. I enjoyed staying there. All amenities were there. A nice bathroom with shower, little bench, fridge, wifi Staff was very kind and helpful. Busstop near the accomodation was convenient. Only some steps away
