3 minutes to walk to a wonderful beach and also to bus stop. Quiet side street with no traffic, no noisy pubs. Good breakfast.

The weather was very hot and humid, some cooling would have been good. Also parking at the hotel was limited and the only other option was a street away.

Very peaceful location. Friendly staff. We liked the guest kitchen option as it was not easy to get an evenig meal nearby.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and freshly cooked food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good and not far to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and surprisingly large, especially the en-suite which was huge. Very good value for money.

So many steps and no lift. Hotel quite dated in facilities and decor This was not the hotel we originally booked which was the old bank house who cancelled on us with no reason given.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice Location was good because it was quiet at night and eating places were a pleasant walk away. Large fan provided was very valuable in exceptional weather conditions. Staff pleasant and efficient.

WiFi didn't reach as far as our room - that could be improved.

Maison Gorey is a proper old-fashioned hotel - welcoming, quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts (included in the cost of the room); only 3 minutes walk from a lovely long, sandy beach and only 15 minutes walk to Mont Orgueil Castle and Gorey Pier, with its bars and restaurants. Located in quiet and pretty Gorey Village, there are regular buses to all parts of the island.

Everything was great, would appreciate a wider range of veggie or vegan breakfast options but there was plenty to eat and I appreciate that it may not be viable

Great location, a comfortable and friendly hotel, only minutes from the beach. The staff were attentive, kind and helpful we are vegetarian and every morning they cooked veggie sausages to order for the breakfast. A great family hotel with local amenities only a short walk from the front door. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with the usual amenities such as tea. coffee and hairdryer. Would definitely stay again. We found Jersey as a whole to be very welcoming, everyone we passed on the street smiled or said hello. No litter on the beach or streets. It was very easy to get to the towns and tourist sites using the local buses, cheap fares too.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel offering. They have adapted the business model very well to the current financial climate and offer a great holiday option at a good price.

Good location in Gorey village, lovely helpful staff, comfortable room & bed, great breakfast. Although no bar or restaurant, residents can use the old facilities and plates, cutlery etc provided. Great restaurant & pubs in walking distance, fantastic fish & chip shop and Chinese takeaway - best ever had! Beautiful beach 5 min walk with cafe.

A few things could be changed. For example the rug at the reception could be replaced as it is getting a bit old and looks worn.

We appreciate a lot the breakfast : conventional english breakfast and continental style. The room, and generally the hotel, was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was also entirely renewed.
