More (ie some) information needed to be provided about use of facilities: cooker, laundry, heating, etc. Towel rails - to dry towels. Based on my experience in Bristol, where I am writing this, that seems to be a common problem in the UK. Main bathroom could do with improvement. That would be a huge plus to the property.

Central location. Some access problems due to construction but that was not the fault of the property managers. Spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly people in the office when we needed help. The key question: would we stay here again? Answer: yes.

The double bedroom on the ground floor apartment didn’t have heating working so it was cold. Saying this it absolutely didn’t ruin our stay and I would 1000% book to stay here again. It’s stunning

We were rather confused about where to find the keysafe, but found it in the end! Tricky to work the TV. Could do with some simple instructions for the remote control.

It was a bit dark & could’ve done with some brighter lighting! The duplex was overall really clean but the oven & oven sheets weren’t great. Iron leaked a bit too- but that’s feedback.

House was overly hot, had to open windows in the bedrooms to sleep, but then was kept awake by the sounds of the trains. Second night was much more comfortable as we had managed to turn the radiators down/off.

Plenty of space for everyone and two dogs and comfy beds. Good kitchen facilities. Great location for town.

The quirky old style flush toilets were very in keeping with the property, although very noisy when trying not to wake up friends in the night. (Not a huge issue).

The property is very pleasant and comfortable. Everything was to a great standard particularly the shower, beds and kitchen. Perfect for three single gentlemen. We had a superb stay.

It was a bit cold. Only one radiator came on in the living room making it very cold to sit in on an evening. downstairs, large bedroom radiator wasn’t on making bedroom very cold.

The car parking was great to have but the parking bays are very tight and unfortunately with thoughtless parking by other residents at one point after a trip out I was unable to park my car in my allocated bay. Also there was an awful lot of rubbish piled up in the car parking area too. We loved the apartment the only suggestion I would have is perhaps a shelf in the bathroom’s to pop your toiletries, hairbrush on etc.

Very comfortable beds, great en-suites, lovely lounge and kitchen area great for a group. Lovely that lounge robes were supplied. Very close to Harrogate centre.

When we arrived the central heating was on. It was a really warm day outside so it took a long time for apartment to cool down.

Could not connect to the blue tooth for music. Was asked to pay to watch the channel on tv/ Netflix. Also, I could not find the board games ??

It was spacious as we stayed there wth our parents could all sit and have food together. Also, all had their own rooms, but they were very comfy, and all was happy. Will go there again and will recommend 👌

A few minor things, no grater, cling film, foil and one if the wardrobes had dust and previous occupants socks and underwear left.

No hot water other than shower. No instructions for sofabed which wasted some time! Kitchen window mechanism not working so could not close. Inner hall door broken and entrance untidy and sockets etc could do with some tlc. Otherwise very nice standard of apartment.
