You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room as pictured, a little sparse but clean and up to date. Parking reasonably priced for an airport hotel. Bathroom clean. Good price including breakfast.

Facilities are new and clean. Breakfast was up to scratch. I particularly liked the fact that they provide complimentary lemon water to all guests. They also provide a few running routes for exploring the scenery near the airport: I wouldn't have thought of visiting the Runway Visitor Park if not recommend by the hotel!

SpainIf you want to eat in the restaurant, the hotel is not close to bars or restaurants, the choice of menu is limited.
Staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy and a super breakfast to start the day. Everything you could need is in the room including, iron, ironing board, tea making facilities and hair dryer.

It does what it says on the tin....no frills comfortable and clean hotel. Staff welcoming and friendly. Quiet and handy location for meetings for south Manchester.

Good overall value for money, staff were very friendly, not far from the airport, ease of parking (£12 overnight), decent breakfast from 03.00.
