The kitchen lacks basic utensils and is not particularly clean.

Cute little hotel at the edge of the 3rd zone, 10 minutes from the underground. Tiny room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, more than enough power sockets. Kind and helpful staff, nice garden. Milk, tea and coffe provided free of charge.

The room that i had , the shower didnt heat too much. The other guests were so noisy at 12 modnight.

The sinκ in the bathroom was extremely small, the mattress of the bed needs to be changed, the was no internet signal, I need to change the card 2 times to be functional so I can have access to the room and at 07:12 was wake up from the smoke detector alarm because someone was doing a very hot shower and the steam activate the alarm (?)

It was a last minute solution for an urgent trip in London. Not so difficult to park the car. The people was trying to help but the facility needs a lot of work to rich the basic standards. The staff was nice and polite.

I was concerned by worn carpet in the hallway as it was a trip hazard, I’m disabled & worry about falling. There was quite a lot of noise from other residents.

The staff were friendly & courteous, the room was small but the bedding was very clean & the bed comfortable. Good pillows too. The hotel had a nice garden at the back.

I am not sure if The walls were so thin, there was a day that at 2am the people in the other room were so loud I wasn’t able to sleep anymore.

Listing says ''self-service continental breakfast provided''. I found that to be untrue so have marked them down for 'facilities'. Were told by concierge/receptionist there's a choice of four breakfast cereal provided, absolutely correct if you like Weetabix & oats but that was 'it'. Cornflakes & Rice Krispies would have been expected, even if not the Kellogs versions. Not 'continental' anyway. I'll know to bring my own next time. (I did message the venue well ahead of visit asking what breakfast actually consisted of & what arrangements are but no reply 48hrs later so that was less than ideal too.) But worse, after showering & using the provided 'bath mat' to step out onto the shower & toilet floor looked to be completely dry so was confident to step on it in wearing only my best clean socks. Stepping out again I realised they were soaked in some liquid of undefined nature that had clearly squeezed up between the joins in the pretty but flexing laminate floor boards as I stood on them. Wet socks = unhappy customer, fortunately I had spares!

Concierge welcoming us was very pleasant & helpful. Garden would have been a nice surprise if we'd been staying long enough to use it. You generally 'get what you pay for' in terms of room & facilities & decor etc - certainly true here: comfortable enough.

The room could do with a lick of paint, but I wasn’t there to stare at the walls so it was fine.

The bed was comfortable, it was a warm room, clean modern bathroom (a bit small but did the job) and it was quiet.

They night stan was not clean the bed side table had hair on it. Room clean was 50/100, i think is the appearance as well it had crack in the wall and paint chip off on the wall G8 room. The room need updating like painting etc the bath room was excellent.

I got to park my car for the night and i got to sleep for the night safe.

Rooms were very gloomy and in desperate need of redecoration. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in room. Hairdryer and a mirror.

Pillow protectors would have been great; (did mention this and there being sorted); couple of holes in the walls that could do with filling and the room given a fresh lick of paint. Just minor bits really. Didn’t put me off at all and to be honest; it did what it said on the Tin; pristinely clean, comfy bed;…..quick lick of paint and your winning!

Lovely warm welcome upon arrival; the staff on front desk were lovely. The room itself was immaculately clean; couldn’t fault the fresh laundered white bedding either. The actual bed was so incredibly comfortable; just what you need after 55,000 steps a day in London
