The room was at the third floor, not mentioned in the description. The hallway was very dirty and smelly. Windows were not soundproof at all. Cleaning could have been better handled.

Full of flies, I don't know if it was the location or what but I couldn't have the window open because flies would rush in and fill up the place. They never mentioned until the day that my room was all the one to the final floor. This meant every time I came back I had to up like 6 flights of stairs, I wish they wouldve said something before. The one fan they had seemed like it wasn't cleaned in a long like it didnt even blow properly.

''landlord'' was really kind and understanding. I had some issues with payment but he took his time to wait for me and got everything sorted without feeling like an inconvenience. The place was really set up nice and looked really good. it had a washer and a dryer. It was very spacious.

The host were not very responsible. We communicated before for coming in early and they kindly agreed. However, they forgot about it on the day and there was no one when we arrived. They had 3 contact numbers but none of those answered when we called. Someone picked up after almost 15 minutes of trying and came to give the key more than half an hour later. The washroom door was broken. When we reported, they said that someone will come to fix it, never happened. The building is noisy.

Good location, a short walk away from the nearest metro station. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, well-stocked kitchen. Good value for money, especially for three or four people. The host was kind when we mentioned leaving our luggage early because we arrive early that day even though the check-in time was at 3pm.

The street was noisy at night. The temperature in the apartment was really low when we arrived. We weren´t instructed on how to turn on the heat and also how to use the oven. The cutlery was dirty. There was no dish-cloth and low range of pots. The sink in the bathroom sometimes got clogged.

The location was good. It was close to different kinds of shops, the underground station was really close.

There should be kitchen tissue, hand wash, detergent powder, toothpaste and brush. Room cleaning should be done at least every alternative day. We stayed 5 nights and there was no room service. Bedcovers should be changed.

The appartment had a little smell, the sink did not drain properly, the heater was not properly working (we had to open a window all the time otherwise it would be a sauna), some tiles in the bathroom were broken.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had some good basic equipment, Karina was a friendly host.

It rained and the roof leaked on our second day there. We had to clean it up ourselves. We got a call from one of the hosts who said they would send cleaners to clean it up and since they couldn't move us to a new place, was going to provide a partial reimbursement of our stay. Neither of those things happened despite getting in touch to follow-up afterwards. We were down to one towel on our last night as we had used the other two to clean up the water from the leaking roof. Never did hear back from them. Kitchen was very very sparse. Oven door was close to coming off so we did not use it.

Our host was flexible and was able to meet us earlier than scheduled to hand the keys to us. Location is excellent - we walked to most major attractions.

Main bed was way too soft (but the sofa was good). Some kitchen cabinets were in need of repair (didn't bother us though).

Location is really great, we could easily walk everywhere we wanted. Got the ground floor apartment- fantastic for traveling with a baby and a stroller. Everything was quite good for our needs.

No one was clear that a person was meeting me at the flat for keys. I was approached via text message for a time of arrival, which I gave my train arrival time and not a second thought to if I was going straight to the office or straight to the flat. My train was late arriving in London and when I was disembarking, I received a short text message via Whatsapp (which I rarely use) saying "are you coming?" and then they got argumentative with me on expectations for check in that had not been communicated to me clearly. I rushed to the flat where i ended up waiting for them to arrive (it was raining) before getting access to the flat. They opened the door, told me when check out time was, and that was it - no other value exchange to the whole process. Additionally, there was no dead bolt on the door, which made me nervous as a single female - it appears there may have been one awhile ago, as the holes still remain on the door. If check in had been more service-oriented and if I had a dead bolt, I may have been able to overlook other parts of my experience that just didn't do it for me. I book flats all around this area monthly for when I travel in for work, and I prefer flats for comfort beyond what a hotel room can provide. But while I wanted to like it, sadly I will not plan to book this flat again, as it was not a comfortable experience from the beginning.

- Getting the keys was not an easy job. The host did not know how to speak English. And they were late to the keys pickup appointment - The apartment is smaller and less new than the pictures. Internal doors did not have locks, even the bathroom. - The Wifi was not working

- Location of the property is great. It's close either by walking or the underground to most of London attractions. It was close to Kings Cross station where I took the train.
