When we arrived I had a serious attack of gout and had to stay in bed for the three nights and days.Mark and Gaynor ....our hosts were the best B&B people we could have had in that situation.They were both very kind and helpful whilst we were there.Not only was the accomodation very clean and very well laid out but there was food in the fridge and plenty of breakfast food as well.On the last night, Sunday they made our evening meal free of charge ! They washed our pots everyday during our stay !Great people and would recommend Nesscliffe to everyone who gets the chance to stay there.

Just a little more difficult than we expected trying to negotiate the narrow roads and tight bends up to the house especially when vehicles coming the other way with no room to pass!

Very clean and comfortable, all facilities were just as described. Annex was very useful as a breakfast and sitting room.

The roads up to the property are rather narrow, steep and twisty. Once there I dropped a pin in google maps so I could find my way back in the dark.

This is a real gem. The room is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need is provided and it's great to have a fridge and separate dining area. It's a lovely quiet location and Mark was really helpful in talking me through the last part of the journey. For some reason the directions via what3words wanted to send me in the opposite direction off the main road so I would recommend following the host's instructions. It was great having my own entrance and a parking spot next to the chickens :)

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. A very quiet, peaceful location. The accommodation is fitted to high standards and the shower room is luxurious. Well fitted out breakfast room with microwave, stocked, pay as you use fridge freezer, toaster etc.

The location as the property was high up a hill with very narrow roads but we managed fine, so not a criticism. However, it might be a problem for someone with a physical disability.

We liked the unique feature of breakfast being provided for us to self cater at our own leisure rather than being tied to a time. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Every care was taken with the property and I do not think that anything could be better.

The propery is beautifully presented with every comfort. It is clean and modern with the use of the lovely garden. The bed is very comfortable. Mark gave us a warm welcome and food was provided for breakfast and even for an evening meal if required. There is a small side room where guests can make breakfast and a microwave with frozen meals. Llangollen is a very scenic area and the views of the countryside are lovely.

We thought the hosts and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights, to attend a friend’s wedding/reception events and it was the perfect base that felt like home. It has everything you could possibly need and more (an amazing mirror with an LED light and Bluetooth function in the bathroom- amazing for getting ready!) and snacks that we could purchase and many that were free and a really generous breakfast selection. The bed was very comfy and we felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful spot. We will definitely be returning for a hiking holiday soon. Many thanks to you both!

15 minute climb back up the hill from canal, but it keeps you fit and is pleasant enough. (Also we were fore warned)

Good accommodation and Mark & Gaynor were very friendly and helpful. We had good weather so were able to enjoy the tranquil location and views from the garden. Easy 10 minute walk down to canal and another 10 minutes along towpath to Aqueduct.
