There was a dirty/used towel in the wardrobe at the hall cupboard and a hole in the bedroom carpet.

Great location and the facilities was very good, hot water for shower in a beautifully purposed bathroom, great kitchenette with fridge, washing machine, kettle, microwave and kettle with glasses, cups and utensils and cutlery. There’s TV with a set top box to watch TV, and a great comfortable bed.

I love the whole toilet: mirror with adjustable backlights, comfy toilet seat, great shower cubicle. Location 7mins walk to tube station and 2mins walk to supermarket. There is wash/dry machine, conduction stove, fridge, and basic kitchenware. Specially love the range hood lights. Good value for money given the location.

Parking was a problem, while booking thought I will be able to park near premises by paying local parking rate. Unfortunately, I had to find a paid parking space around 20 min walking distance because it was resident-only parking area. Staff told me I can park and if the traffic police had not warned me, I would have received a parking ticket.

Room was bigger than we expected, room and en-suite was clean, staff was friendly. Had no problems checking-in and checking-out. They kept our luggage safe in reception on the day we checked-out.

I liked the apartment, it was clean and we had enough space. The personnel was kind. The location is good as well, we could reach buses, restaurants and such places easily. We had to do some changes on our reservation, two of us arrived a day early, and they were helpful.

The sofa bed in the living area is very shabby and with bits flaking off, also not comfortable to sleep on. Soft mattress on the double bed (some people might like that). Checkout is at 11, yet at 10.40 the reception was closed and no one picks up the phone. Not great if you've got a taxi waiting or train to catch. Lots of bin bags of rubbish in front of the hotel on the pavement and the surrounding roads, despite the great location.

Good value for money. Location, clean, all as in the pictures. Checking in process easy, lift works. Lots of hot water, everything in the kitchen in working order, wifi great. Clean bed linen and towels, decor reasonably fresh and new.

Sadly, I had to leave on my second day even though I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights as my next door neighbours were very loud, keeping their door wide open and smoking cigarettes. It was so late I just opted to get a ride around 10pm to meet my family. I informed the reception that night and followed up the next morning. They said they would look into it and check in on the room next to me, but it seems the evening reception didn’t inform the day reception team. I lost out on a night’s booking, but I couldn’t stay in a hotel room where the smell of smoke lingered in and out. It was just overwhelming and not what I expected from fellow guests in a non-smoking establishment.

The staff and reception team were super nice! They are kind and run a very good hotel. Shah was a superstar and was very clear on directions. This is a long term apartment/hotel that rents out rooms for a few nights as they become available. I had a studio that was impeccable. It had everything but a drying rack which I understand would be something you would bring for long term use. It would be great if there were a few available for short term stays. The room had high ceilings and a huge shower, comfortable bed and air conditioning/fan units. There is a full kitchen and a washer as well as a small lounge area and table/chair for dining. It was really an exceptional place. Unfortunately, I didn’t stay all my booked nights due to a long term guest.

Quite run down with old fashioned decor. The balcony was bare and not clean which is a shame because it could have been a great feature for the room.

Wasn't much too not like, great value for money.

Great location for a quick city break, close to tube stations, museums, places to eat. Room decent size and clean, bathroom nice with a clean easy to use shower. Kitchen for self catering also. Straight forward check-in and check out.

The were little bugs in the kitchen, so we couldn't store our breads on the counter and in the kitchen cabinet. There weren't any water glasses, so we had to drink from tea cups. The doors couldn't be closed with the handle, so everybody had to slam their door which made a lots of noice. The soundproofing wasn't really good, the windows didn't have any and we could also hear the other guests' step above us.

The location is very good (in the Zone 1), 5 minutes walk from the metro stations, 20 mins walk from the Kensington palace. Lots of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets all around the place, available by walk. The room was very bright, the were lots of natural light shining in, but the black out curtens could make the room also very dark for sleeping. It was acceptable for a few night. We could prepare our breakfast and heat the pre-cooked dinners. The central heating was very good, the temperature was nice in the room.

No holding tray in the shower, ie shampoo and shower gel has to be on the floor, rather inconvenient. The stove top was broken.

The location was fantastic, the shower was way to hot and I couldn’t turn it down any more. The room was big enough for me and my daughter. Some Marks on the ceiling but didn’t report it to anyone because we wasn’t in the apartment that much.
