Noisy young adult playing loud music at 1am..

The place , it was seafront. Walking distance tge town centre , pubs and restaurant. The host Kezia and Rodney are very friendly, helpful and very cheerful. Breakfast very good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Host was lovely, as it was my husband's birthday .When we arrived in the room we have welcome card, a nice bottle of drink [ sorry forgot the name but it was nice] and a lemon muffin.

It is in a great location, and we had a great Seaview, which was lovely. Amazing walks in the evening alongside the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance a few minutes away. The hotel service was exceptional, friendly, helpful, and polite. The whole experience was brilliant, and we'll definitely be back.

There were steps down into the ensuite bathroom which may be bothersome for the less mobile. Toiletries were in large value-pack bottles that suggested they were not premium products.

Location was excellent and breakfast was good. Hosts were friendly.

When we arrived kaz was waiting for us very friendly and welcoming showed us to our room which was lovely we had the king room the bed was comfortable clean fresh bedding we liked it so much we have booked for next year already out ensuite was down 2 small steps but lovely water pressure for the shower which was lovely and big found parking very easily and on the best part of the beach as it was quite and a 5minute walk up to the main end of weymouth a bargain price and all with an amazing breakfast cooked by the lovely Rodney

Excellent location right on beach. Small but comfortable room on top floor with brilliant seaviews - superb sunrise! Cooked breakfast was very good and the whole vibe of the place was relaxed but caring - lovely hosts who went out of their way to help. Quirky Victorian building in a great position for walking South on Rodwell Trail or East towards Lulworth along the cliffs. Lots of good restaurants nearby and easy overnight parking at the station.

We loved staying at Penn House. It was homely and comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was very good and the host was very friendly and helpful! We would stay there again. The location was fabulous right on the seaside.

The fact our shower was 2 floors down but it didn't effect my view on the stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Kez and Rodney were very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very welcome in the guest house and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely views of the beach and sea.

Kez and Rodney were truly accommodating hosts who were so friendly and only too happy to provide us with anything we asked for.Our room was a wonderful beach view which was comfortable to stay in and very clean.When we return we will certainly be staying here again.Truly a 5 star stay !

The seafront view from the room was nice! The owner was nice! Breakfast was great! For couples and families it is a great place to stay. As it is located at the beach and close to the city centre.

We were aware that it is a 3rd floor room and is quite small. This was fine for us but could be a problem for others. We enjoyed hearing the gentle waves and seagulls but it could disturb sleep if stormy. Seawater is cold even in August, I was glad of a hot shower after swimming. The private shower is downstairs from the room but this was not a problem.

Location: easy walk from train station, on quiet part of seafront. Wonderful view over the bay from room. Comfortable bed. Ensuite toilet. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. Only a few meters from Greenhill beach, which is less busy than Central Beach.

Going home! We could have stayed longer.

We really loved our sea view, the room was a perfect size for a family of 3. The staff are so welcoming and super helpful, they made our stay really comfortable -and the location couldn't be better. We would book again!!

Needs updating abit.

The staff were really friendly, always saying good morning and asking what we were doing with our days. The beds were really comfortable. They cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfast was really nice. Always chatting to us, helped my other half with his tie for the wedding we was attending.

As with most hotels in this location the rooms will not be as spacious as larger premises but ours was very comfy.

Extremely welcoming and well run seafront hotel. The sea view was a great choice provided the best sunrise I have seen in a long time. The breakfast was more than adequate including a well cooked and presented full English. The owners made our stay that bit more special. Can highly recommend. Was very lucky to get a cancellation during peak season so would advise to book well in advance.

Rodney and Kezia are exceptional hosts and Penn House - a lovely B&B with spectacular views and the beach at the doorstep. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The sunrise in the morning was beautiful to watch through the room window. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed, including bottles of water supplied every morning. Our room was on the top floor and the hosts insisted on helping to carry our luggage upstairs and also downstairs on checking out. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection, we really enjoyed it. Fruit at breakfast was fresh (and not from the tin). Rodney and Kezia are very friendly, always go above and beyond, and always find time to stop for a chat. We will definitely be back.
