The only two things I didn’t like was the mattress was too soft for me. And the water in the shower had no pressure at all. If those were sorted out I would give 10 out of 10!!!

The location is great! The room had an amazing view to the fields! It was clean, warm and comfortable. It is still in a beautiful farm house. The hostess is very friendly and ready to help!! I will definitely be going back.

The road was closed which made it a little difficult to find, I telephoned and the owner directed me and met me at the gate, good service!

For some reason the pillows were not comfortable - a softer option would have suited me better but this is obviously very personal.

Despite the warning from the host about the potential difficulty finding the house, my gps found it easily. The welcome was warm and a minor problem with the television was quickly resolved. Dinner was not available at this time of year (November) but the host kindly cooked this weary traveller an excellent supper. Lovely view from the bedroom windows.

Nothing to do with the venue itself, I should stress, but there were some issues with road accessibility in the area. That will probably be resolved in due course.

The host was welcoming and helpful. We did not opt for the breakfast, although it smelled very nice! The room itself was clean and comfortable. The (shared) bathroom was also clean and the shower was decent. We had no problems with accessing the (shared) bathroom.

Needed a good clean and work on the bed linen. Whole place needs some TLC Kind of thought sometimes I was bothering the owner if I requested something. Reminds me of a euro backpacker lodge without the bunk beds

Great little place handy for the the Channel Tunnel 10 mins away. The rooms were massive and beds were extremely comfortable. It’s a little tired if you look closely but at the price I can’t fault it . The staff were great

Perfect location for a friends wedding at the Secret Garden. Decent shower, standing fan in the room, plenty of room to get ready (family room). Even engoyed a walk locally before joininh our friends.

Toilet slow to fill and in first opening the lid to use a little messy present was there. Some hairs in the bath (not by the plug hole). No towels, but quickly provided on request.

The B&B is an older country home, and with that comes the noises & creaks of the house, which could disturb some lighter sleepers.

The breakfast was great value, cooked fresh, and served in a great dining room that had panoramic views of the countryside. The B&B itself was great value for money, and great space. I have an en-suite room, and was able to really make myself at home, inc. a couch. The walls are a touch thin, and comes with the creaks and noises of an older country home; but all understandable.
