We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

its a Holiday Inn so it does "what it says on the tin". Well run, no surprises and ideal for a stay near the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. View from the window depends on how much you want to see Slough.

we came in after our flight got delayed to the following day, so instead of going home at Greenwich we booked this hotel as it was very close to Heathrow T5. good value for money for a late booking and comes with a free breakfast.
