The bar staff were slow and not very helpful. The bar has table service but the waiters really don’t seem that interested in serving customers. The white wine was warm. We ate in the restaurant and I got a meat burger instead of the veggie burger that I ordered, and the wrong wine. The staff were very nice but didn’t seem to have any idea about what they were doing.

The room we booked had an interior window so no external view at all. We also had to keep the curtain closed while dressing as with the lights on you can be seen through the window. We saw other guests silhouettes from the atrium so didn’t want the embarrassment. The fan on the room was on all night and couldn’t be turned off which made our difficult to sleep.

Easy walk from train. well sign posted. Easy walk in the morning to the airport. room was quiet, in an internal atrium. there is coffee in the reception downstairs, but I didn't see this until I was leaving. Really it is a fine, standard , airport hotel.

It is a bit expensive, but I believe is what you expect from airport hotels. Compared to other prices I definitely recommend this one as you won't need a transfer!

The room is excellent! 10/10 comfort, cleanliness, facilities! Our flight was early n the morning and I wish we had more time to enjoy the bed! 5 minutes walking to the airport so definitely worth it!

Parking is astronomically expensive, and a rip off. If you do not have parking and want to be directly on the terminal, use the green zone carpark it would of saved me half. I paid over £300 for 9 nights

There was a huge crack in the window, which did not cause us any problems , but it looked dangerous.

The bathroom has seen way better days, was a bit worn. Hairs in tub and sink - my personal pet peeve... No mini bar/fridge.

Chose it for the location due to an early flight out of Stansted airport. Walkable in 5 mins to the terminal building. Quick Check-in and check-out, as you can simply check in online before arrival and just have to pick up your keys and drop your keys on departure. Standard sized, quiet and comfortable room. As with every chain hotel, you kind of know what to expect. Good WiFi. The price reflects the prime airport location. Would definitely stay here again, if I needed a hotel close to Stansted airport terminals, not for the experience as such.

If you are unaware the parking system could possibly catch you out. It is run by a private company. When you arrive a photo is taken of your car. When you leave you must use the checkout screen in the parking lot to identify your car (number plate) and pay the amount due from the time the first photo of your car registered it. If you are staying in the hotel (Radisson Blu) you must inform and register you car at reception to have a cheaper rate. You then pay for your parking to the reception at the hotel. Warning: If you are just dropping off someone at the hotel you must still pay (if you entered the car park, your car was registered).
