Abit disappointed it is advertised as SPA access but really you can only use the swimming pool. No one explained this to us so we did end up using the main spa before we were told by one of the pool side assistants we couldn’t. Ordered breakfast for between 9-9:30. Came before 9 and staff banging on the door to deliver it.

Room was a great size, meal at the rib room was very good value. Swimming pool changing room and area is nice.

Greeting when checking in didn’t feel very warm. Only pizza as an option on room service menu.

You can hear everything from the surrounding rooms.

The size of the room and bathroom was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant (Fusion) was really nice, breakfast was good. The coffee was very very good 😁 Me and my boy enjoyed the pool very much. The staff were helpful although a few of them are inexperienced but no major issue.

Cleaners cuboard outside people in and out all night banging doors etc woke me up about 3 times also in morning in and out banging door ,would not be easier to keep door proped open until they are done in cuboard

The room wasn't cleaned very well we found a vicks nasel inhaler down the side of the bed the beada was blocked I went in the bath and the sides felt greasy and also there was alot of dust on some of the furniture I've not experienced a room in this hotel like it before they have always been cleaner

As a guest the advertising states there is free access to the gym and indoor pool but, in fact, as soon as you check in they are quick to down grade that free access to 1 hour in the evening. There's more time allowed in the morning but that's not very useful if you're there for work! There was one member of the reception staff who had less interpersonal skills than the rest who were very helpful. There were some parts of the hotel that were not as well heated as they could have been. The Fusion Bar/Restaurant in particular was really quite cold. Very disappointing Wifi and phone signal strength.

The Premier room which we stayed in was well equipped and a good size for a longer stay. The furnishings were good quality and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and warm. Location-wise, the hotel sits in its own grounds in an out of town location which is lovely and quiet. The downside is that you really have to have to drive to go anywhere.

Celebration room had a humming noise which we were told was a fan on the roof, hence difficult to get to sleep. Considering the price of this room I feel we should have been compensated when we brought to the attention of management
