It was a bit noisy at times, there was barely any sound isolation by the door or the walls. The bathroom was quite small, but not surprising as the apartments are part of a student housing building.

Good location, in a quiet spot but close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The flat was fully stocked with everything I might need for my stay. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out, which was really convenient. The flat was cleaned every day.

I have no complaints. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and stylish.

The location was fantastic, check in and check out process was very smooth. Pleased to find biscuits and hot chocolate in the amenities. Shower gel etc was a very good quality brand. But the highlight was the staff, Daniella checked us in with a warm welcome, ensured we knew all the essentials and offered to walk us to our room. During the check in we mentioned we were visiting for our anniversary, on our second night we returned to find prosecco, chocolates and a note in our room which was the nicest personal touch. We really appreciated the extra effort. It was perfect!

Larger guests might find the bed, which was probably selected to fit into an unusually long and narrow room, a bit small!

The apartments are in a great location and easy to reach from the station. 24 hour reception and helpful staff. All the bits and pieces needed in the kitchen for a short stay.

The lift was noisy and the kitchen/ living-room floor would shake every time the lift passed our floor.

Exceptionally clean, super friendly staff. Very good location and very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were amazing! The dog package included a bed, bowls and even treats and a ball!

TV had only a few channels that actually worked & found the space a bit difficult to enjoy with no view or lounge suite to relax on. Also, did not realize that the apartment was within a large block of university accommodation. This was not made clear on booking.com

Lovely friendly & helpful staff at reception. The location is in easy walking distance to all major Edinburgh attractions. The apartment was super clean & kitchen had everything needed, also great selection of tea, coffee etc.

There was literally no view as we had tinted windows and you could hear everything from the corridors. It didn't bother us too much though

Extremely clean, kitchen equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Apartment had an iron and a hairdryer. Very handy if you're staying for couple of days. Tv and WiFi worked properly. Apartments were 5 min walk from Royal Mile. Monika at the reception was a gem, very pleasant to talk to.

Would benefit from plug sockets near to the mirror and some comfier seating in the lounge area. My husband loved the seats though so just personal preference. Sound proofing wasn’t good.

It is in college dorms which I didn’t realise but I should of done further research. If this doesn’t bother you then it is a great place to stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the apartment, very interesting architecture. Location was good for accessing parkland for walking our dog.

The work desk was on the other side of the narrow room from where the power outlets were, so it was a good thing that I thought to pack an extension cord and power strip which came in handy for working in the room. I hadn't realized the room had maid service, so I was surprised to find my bed made one of the days of my stay upon returning from the conference I attended during the day. Had I known, I would have cleaned up my personal items to make the cleaning staff's job simpler. I didn't realize the oven was also a microwave so I ended up heating up left over take out using one of the provided sauce pans. The particular room I was assigned must have been right over the loading dock for the food delivery truck, since at various hours of the day I could hear the carts rolling off the truck delivering goods. Not a showstopper, but on a future occasion I might try to specifically request a different room number.

The bed was comfy, heating worked well, and the in-room kitchen was nice for eating dinner in my room. The work desk was amply-sized, and internet reliability and speed very nice. The location just a block from The Pleasance was great for the event that I attended there.

Check in is rather late at 2pm. When we arrived at 13:45 or so, the room was not ready, which is fine as we were early. Reception said they would call to let us know when the room was ready. We left to go and grab a drink nearby. It got to 14:45, and we had not received a call, so we decided to head back to the hotel to ask. When we arrived, the room was ready, but we had not been called. Thankfully they had taken our bags, so we were not encumbered whilst out and about.

We had a mezzanine apartment booked for my other half’s birthday. This style of apartment was very cool and different, as having the bed above the kitchen area was very cosy. There are two TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom, and lots of storage in the bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. Couldn’t fault the facilities!
