The accommodation was perfect in every way Large bedroom , bathroom and private lounge. Plenty of fresh fruit cereals and croissants Orange juice and fresh milk in fridge The hosts were friendly and very helpful!

Meeting Henry the Tibetan Terrier is worth 5 stars anyhow! But seriously ...Douglas and Tracy were great hosts and made our stay comfortable and seamless. Breakfast is DIY but at the price asked there's no reason to complain.... a very comfortable 3 room attic apartment with separate sitting and TV room ... automated heating runs on a motion sensor so you're kept warm. All fine...thank you for a pleasant stay !

The sofa bed was a bit tired and not so comfortable. Very high at the pillow end and dents in the mattress where other people had slept. It was ok but could perhaps think of investing in a new model. The room was super hot in December so had then heating off and window open….until it rained. The double bedroom was amazing and perfect.

The breakfast was perfect! I asked for a natural yogurt instead of a flavoured and it was no problem at all. Plenty of choice.

Just one small thing but my husband struggled with shower pressure in the mornings but we were given information reference this on the arrival. This didn't impact us in the evenings.

Exceptionally clean and attention to detail was second to none. Tastefully furnished and maintained to a high standard. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great base location and lots of information about the area was provided by the hosts. Good instructions of the best way to get to their property. Based in a quiet residential area.

Brilliant location for exploring St.Agnes and area. Nice and tidy with parking and easy access to the village and beach. Douglas and Tracey were very polite and helpful. Henry the dog was very friendly.

Excellent hosts, who clearly exhibit their passion for their work through the careful attention to detail. You can see that they invested significant effort in creating a pleasant stay. The location was new, clean and well suited for remote work with a speedy wifi connection and comprehensive amenities. The bed is outstandingly comfortable. The array of cereals and fruits provided for breakfast was perfect.

Everything was well thought of, facilities wise. Plenty of information available about local attractions, food etc, brochures and a very useful book with walks, Spacious room with a separate sitting area with TV. Parking on the driveway. Owners very helpful and great location to explore Cornwall and of course St Agnes. Would definitely stay again!
