The rooms are tiny, especially the bathroom but that is London.

Breakfast wonderful, the staff efficient and helpful. Reception staff also helpful and efficient. Within a few minutes walk from Paddington station. So close for sightseeing with plenty os restaurants in the area. Very clean throughout.

I love the fact that it is situated less than 5 mins. walk from Paddington station. The hotel’s got a lift which was a plus. The room is very clean, comfy bed, toilet was small, but i like compact rooms. Breakfast is also very good, the attendants are very courteous, you can ask them to cook eggs however you want. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The free drinks at their sister bar was cool. There’s complimentary tea/ coffee/ water refill in the lounge area of the reception, though they are provided in the rooms. Safe to walk from the station. Lots of cafes and restos and grocery nearby. I’ll definitely book here again.

What's with no plugs by the bed. Everyone needs them to charge phones at night.

Couldn't have been improved, but the room was quite small, although had everything I needed.

Room was spotless and comfortable. It was on the top floor but accessible by a lift which was fully functional. Property had undergone recent refurbishments and was very modern. Good toiletries supplied. Breakfast was excellent, cooked and continental selection.

The new shower. Check the body hose isn't pointing at you and on cold when you turn it on. lol. That was my fault, but it didn't stay coming overhead, I kept having to push it in and hold it. It would also go a little cold at points. And the 2 strip lights on the bed wouldn't turn off, they would flash on and off. I took the card out the wall to switch off the electric. I am sure if I would have mentioned this at front desk, they would have sorted it, it was just late (for the lights) and I figured it out quickly and for the shower, I was heading out and only staying for 1 day. I didn't get the chance to mention it when leaving.

How accommodating they were. Not only did they fast track my room, they done their utmost to make sure my stay was easy, comfortable and friendly. I stayed in 1 of the recently refurbed rooms. Everyone on front desk were friendly and helpful. They room was spotless and the hotel was too. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. For the money, this is now my go to when staying in the area for sure. It's beaten some of the bigger brands and once all refurbed, it am sure it will look great throughout.

Terrible phone reception in the room, and the old non-double-glazed window didn't fit very well and there was quite a cold breeze blowing in all night. The room was pretty clean but there was somebody else's food still left in the fridge.

Good breakfast included and the room was fairly small and basic but had everything needed.
