The staff are very nice and helpful. The flat is tidy, well equipped and its design is homelike. Very comfortable after long flight. Location is convenient. Overall speaking, above expectations.

The location is great, there are shops and restaurants on the street outside. It was very quiet at night. There were two tube stations within a ten minute walk, and the buses were even closer. The apartment was well equipped, although for some reason they don't supply a tea towel, which is a nuisance.

Communication on the mid-stay clean could be improved as cleaning did not happen on the day communicated despite me checking. It was done the day after. Still alright for me thankfully as the reception gave me an extra set of towels for the night. Thank you!

Everything was provided for, though it took some time to figure out the heating. the maintenance came the next day to check and it was working after. Ran out of washing detergent pretty quickly as I had to wash for the work wear and had to go dwn to get refills a few times. Friendly staff but they seemed unfamiliar with the facilities, though they really tried to help. kudos to them!

It might be a bit loud late in the evening due to many restaurants/pubs nearby and early in the morning when the trash is being collected- but this would affect only very sensitive ears:)

The hotel agreed to an early check-in option which was fantastic considering we were traveling with a toddler. On the top of that we have been upgraded to the two bedroom instead of one so made our stay very comfortable. Location is very good overall, just few minutes away from the Russel Square underground, there are plenty of bars/restaurants/shops nearby. It's a 15-20 mins walk from the Oxford street. Apartments are well equipped, beds are comfortable, the heating worked very well too.

Some staining on the lounge. Quite a plain flat for the price. Needed a reminder to service the apartment, but it was done that day.

Exceptional location. Close to tube station, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. Quiet area. Well appointed kitchen. Washer/dryer. Complimentary washing up liquid and bathroom toiletries. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for three. Friendly helpful staff who were eager to please.

I was a bit nervous about the glass-topped table in the living room so I put some newspaper on it so I could see it!

Had to figure out how to make the heater work throughout the night. We used the Northern Line more than Piccadilly Line, so we had to walk a little more to King Cross Station. One of the rooms was too small to open up our luggage, so we had to leave them in the living area.

Quiet area with a few good places to eat. Felt safe when walking in the night. The place was very clean. The place is about 20 min from King Cross & Euston Stations.

We had three beds, but in the first night there were only two duvets provided, and we noticed it quite late on Friday evening. We could not get hold of staff before Saturday morning to help us. The 24/7 phone number did not answer.

Wonderful leafy Bloomsbury surrounded by squares , restaurants, pubs and little boutiques, esp menswear. Easy walk to Two tubes and under 15min walk to Oxford St. Direct tube line to the V&A etc, 10min walk to British Museum

i booked the place for 5 persons and also sent a few mail about it, however we still got only 4 towels and it as the same after housekeeping visit. there is a lot of noise at night from the restaurant and pub. the cleaning and maintenance level are not that much...

prefect location, 10 min walk from Oxford street. under the apartment there is a small supermarket, excellent Italian restaurant and a very nice pub. the apartment has 2 bathrooms so it was good for 5 persons stay. we checked in ourselves at 4 am and it was simple due to instructions we got on the mail.

No air con. And it’s not listed properly. And it’s not 24/7. The receptionist which is located in another nearby bldg closes by 7pm. In case you have any urgent needs, not sure how to find them. Also Low floor and hence noisy. The freezer is not working at all though the upper part of fridge is functioning.
