The location is fantastic, the room was super clean, the staff was very helpful and kind. There was free coffee, tea and chocolate at the reception anytime and overall it was a fantastic stay, would recommend for anyone.

As mentioned, the hotel and its rooms are very convenient and very good price / value. Some extra books left for someone to see Manchester and outskirts or even other cities around - York, Liverpool etc., some leisure activities in Manchester or even cultural leaflets by the hotel entry would help.

The rooms were large, modern and very well equiped for the 2 persons and cosy. You have washmachine and hair-dryer, even iron inside. The kitchen have all the gadgets needed, for coffee only it is given the free machine in the hallway option. The inner backyard windows are better since they provide quietness. The kitchen is well equipped, I missed only a genuine cooking ingredients, but some of the them one can find at the reception. Apropos reception, we had 2 very helpful receptionists there, I salute warmly.

We were given a spacious two-bedroom flat with a large dining room/living room and two bathrooms which would be perfectly suitable for four guests. The flat is fully equipped with everything you may need daily (dishwasher, washing machine, etc), a high standard of furnishing, and efficient heating. Both the flat and the hotel are very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: every place in central Manchester is within walking distance. The hotel is a 5min walk from Piccadilly Station and even closer to Piccadilly Gardens. It is also a short walk from the University of Manchester main building and library (about 15 min.). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within 2 or 3 minutes. At the same time, and despite being so close to the centre and the pubs on the lively Canal St., the hotel was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud noises (something that could normally be expected in such a central location).

Would have a liked a close up mirror to have a shave otherwise it was all good.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and well equipped apartment. Super comfortable bed with good blackout blind. All in all we made a good choice and enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean and tidy. We asked for a quiet room and that's exactlly what we got......no noise. Location excellent and underground parking good with ample sized spots.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff on the reception. Took our bags until we checked in. Rang us when the room was ready (slightly earlier) and they had already moved our bags to the room. We were given some directions and advice of where to go in Manchester when we arrived. Took care of our bags once we’d checked out too. Every member of staff was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself was spacious enough for all 5 of us and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

The lift was't working , but staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

Apartments are well equipped and comfortable with quality toiletries. They are surprisingly quiet for their central location. Easy access to local transport and god parking nearby as well as at the apartments.

These apartments are in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station and close to everything else! We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen space was really well equipped and would have been perfect had we chosen to eat in. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely sitting room area with comfy couch as well. Whilst it is in the centre of things, it was very quiet (we were toward the back of the premises). Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, with a smile every time we passed through the reception area and were super professional. Would definitely recommend!

Had a few difficulties in connecting with WiFi, but was not a big deal.

The apartment is cosy, spacious, well equipped, and with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very kind, attentive, helpful any efficient. There is also an inside court with a smoking corner, which is a very appreciated solution for smokers. It's much better and safer than standing at the doorway.

The sofa was was truly awful and would put me off staying there again. The cheapest smallest sofa bed has been purchased and it needs replacing asap. It was like sleeping straight on the metal springs.

The bed needs replacing, mattress wasn't nice at all. Wi-fi code for our room didn't work, we were given next room's code but signal was a bit patchy. Not great for video calls.
