Broken mugs and dirty dishes on arrival. Smells a little bit funky like a smokers home.

Convenient location! All the amenities were great. Excellent home for a stay with dogs!

No freezer, only 1 loo roll for 4 nights!

Very comfy homely house, excellent big secure back garden for my dog. Quirky, interesting items, framed photos and posters, loved the additional driftwood design and sea themes. Big rooms, central heating, big telle and a cosy fireplace.

Shower/bathroom - roll top bath so very high to step into. Shower above means it's not at all practical & the shower curtain means shower area small (were not big people either). This means you end up touching curtain which is nasty. No shelf to put shampoo etc on Had to turn each radiator on individually but the numbers on each if the thermostats didn't marry up so it's frustrating. When turning on radiators means you see lots of dust/dog hair. Oven is very old & takes forever to heat up. Needs changing to a fan assisted one. It also needed a clean so we had very smelly smokey kitchen

Great location for places we wanted to visit. Good size house & larger than expected Allows pets Garden 97% dog secure, top left corner behind shed needs blocking off Quiet location Easy parking Can pick up coast path by walking about 15min

I loved the openness of the place and the garden was great to sit in. The kids loved the hammock, and the massive TV. They were also happy to have a TV in their room which they don't have at home. The main bedroom was bigger than we have at home, so I enjoyed the space. It was a short drive to the beach where there was a carpark with plenty of space. A shop in the village was great to have, and it wasn't far from Pembroke so we took a drive there. Simon was very helpful when I thought I'd lost my earrings.

The mattress on the bed could do with changing and we was gutted we was unable to use the open fire, when booking this place it was a big draw for us but upon arrival it stated it was not to be used between April and October, that wasn’t stated when we booked,

Quirky little place with everything you could possibly need. ideally located with a bus stop just up the road so you could get about really easy. A short walk into Manorbier where there’s a lovely little pub and the beach where the dog could run about.

Nothing, the current bathroom setup is not great, but the owner already has plans to change the bathroom to a wet room, which will work perfectly.

The house is very clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to explore Tenby and the rest of the Pembrokeshire coast. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay with thoughtful touches like games for kids and extra towels, etc. Definitely would love to stay here again when I visit Pembrokeshire coast again !

The plastic shower curtain and clothes pegs!! And the towels were a little on the tiny side - would take own towels next time!! The bathroom could really do with a user friendly shower cubicle - think that would be a worthwhile investment. It might put me off staying again depending on who I was travelling with.

Everything you need plus instructions for local amenities. Very homely.

Had a great time at Sea Bean - perfect location with easy access local beaches and towns, dog friendly and had a very homely feeling about it. Also, prompt communication from the host if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore Pembrokshire coast and have a relaxing break.

Absolutely nothing was disliked about our stay. Such a comfortable relaxing place to stay.

I booked the sea bean for a mini break for my partners 50th birthday. It's such a lovely place to stay, and I loved the doco and film memorabilia. Simon, the owner, was very helpful and catered all our needs. Will defo look to book again in the future.

Formal complaint submitted - black mould throughout the property; rust in and around the fridge falling off; mouldy milk in the fridge; dead woodlouse in bedroom; unsafe hob. Completely inhabitable. Had to source alternative at 7pm with a one year old. AVOID THIS PROPERTY IT IS NOT SAFE.
