The property is in an ideal location with sea views. If the window is open, the waves can be heard. The interior is spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, who live at the property, are friendly and informative. We will be going back at some point.

A few cooking basics wouldn't go amiss such as salt, pepper, oil etc. There was no lid for the frying pan so I had to use a smaller one. Quite a bit of stomping around upstairs. These are really minor points and didn't detract from the lovely stay.

Great apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space and all amenities and very clean and tidy. Bay window overlooking Cardigan Bay is pretty incredible - spent hours dolphin and seal spotting to the point of almost not wanting to leave the apartment! Couldn’t ask for more from a place to stay. Bonus - easy, convenient parking directly outside the apartment - great for luggage accessibility.

There was nothing I didn't like, it was all perfect!

Location was excellent, the hosts were exceptional, they gave us lots of local information which was very useful, they left us a bottle of wine, they had large bookshelves full of books which they invited us to read and take with us if we hadn't finished. They were on hand if we needed them but after greeting us and showing us around we didn't see them again until we left, perfect hosts, they clearly care about their guests enjoyment and have a stunning property, everything seemed brand new. When we cooked in the kitchen we had everything we needed and more, the beds and chairs in the lounge were very comfy. Would highly recommend!!!

During our stay we enjoyed excellent weather so the beach was busy, which meant parking could be difficult at certain times of the day. This wasn't really a major issue for us as we chose to walk everywhere. However this could be a problem for those wanting to explore outside of the town.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners of the property who showed us around the apartment and provided us with useful information regarding the local area, places to eat etc. The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of the beach in the front and the marina and town in the back. The location granted easy access to the town but was quiet in the evenings and at night. We particularly enjoyed hearing the sound of the waves on the beach and watching the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a self catering appartment. Quite a descent size too. The views was outstanding. Everything was clean & sterile. The bed very comfortable. The owners very friendly. Location near to all amenities, & town centre

If we stay again (and we might) we'll probably go for the first floor apartment rather than second as the stairs are a bit of a climb for folks of a certain age.

You will not find a better sea view in Wales than this. Sometimes 'sea view' means a distant sliver of grey-blue in a gap between two buildings, but at Seabrin there is literally nothing between your bay window and the shingle beach except two pavements and a road. This means, if it's high tide and you're very lucky (and we were) you can sit inside and watch dolphins playing right in front of you. It's breathtaking. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated with dozens of books to read. The kitchen has everything you could want (with instructions), and there is a good, walk-in shower. Station, town centre and pier are all within walking distance, but Seabrin itself is down towards the harbour, well away from any noisy late-night revellers. Very heartily recommended.

Nothing at all, i tend to rate a place by its cleanliness, decor and comfort. Great shower, comfortable bed. Hard to fault Seabrin.

This property is central to town and beach. Woke up to the sounds of the sea, and a view of pink edged clouds. Took a morning stroll but didnt get far because of the really friendly coffee bar virtually on the doorstep. Castle Ruins and promenade had to wait. Whether to be curled up in front of the 'fire' on a big leathet sofa or gazing out at surf and sea bathers this experience i hope will be repeated often. I felt completely relaxed and at peace.
