The door into the double bedroom is awkward and there isn’t a lot of space to get in that side of the bed.

The chalet contained all the equipment we needed for our stay. It was beautifully light and warm. The view with the grass and trees was really nice. We went out of season and it very peaceful.

A couple more hooks for wet jackets and the sun coming through the top little windows shone directly onto the TV at certain times of the day which meant you couldn't see the picture.

I liked everything the set up was very good and the proximity to all the local landmarks was brilliant

A little small in bedrooms, not a lot of room to put bags but we managed. Had noisy neighbours for two nights so didn’t sleep well.

Great location. Perfect base for visiting Norfolk and it’s beautiful beaches. Got everything that we needed. Even included tea/coffee/sugar/milk/biscuits!

Club house menu needs sorting ,plenty of dishes crossed off.and no food on mondays menu needs more variety other than chips.

What a lovely, clean and comfortable little chalet. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The site itself was clean and tidy, and the pool was brilliant. We wandered up to the clubhouse a few times and ate in the restaurant, the food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced. We also ventured out along Stalham high street, which was around a 10 minute walk and found The Swan Inn where we had a couple of excellent meals, and The Grebe which served a nice pint. There was a large Tesco and some quaint little shops which made a nice walk out.

The chalet was clean, bright and well equipped. The site was well kept. The pool and park were good for the children in particular. The countryside around the site is beautiful, ideal for a family holiday. Thankyou for the experience.

Swimming pool wasn't open at same day each day

So quiet just what we were looking for. Lots of green space in front of chalets. The tea coffee sugar and biscuits were just what we needed after a 4 hour plus journey Very 😊

Can’t fault anything.

A lovely chalet on a well manicured site. Everything we needed was there and even a delicious pack of cookies. Very homely, welcoming and comfortable! We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing break. The chalet is well placed for exploring the north Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Great communication from start to finish. Can highly recommend.

Second bedroom is quite small if occupied by 2x single beds. Would not suit physically disabled person or person of larger disposition. However, beds very comfortable.Good in all respects

Excellent all-round stay for x4 nights. Beautiful site very well kept. Parking is away from chalet but served by concrete pathway. Disabled parking permitted on access roads. Easy access to Stalham town shops and Broadland and coast..

Site manager quite rude about parking near chalet to drop off our cats. We hadn't seen signs about not doing so when busy looking for chalet.

Clean, compact chalet with good kitchen facilities. Ideally placed near to Broads and beaches. Quick responses from owners.

The only down on this chalet was no WiFi.

The chalet was lovely , very comfortable, very clean , and everything we needed, being dog friendly was a bonus. The hosts were lovely and very helpfull if we needed anything , there was tea & coffee & sugar & biscuits a welcome note when we arrived was very nice . The club house was nice & welcoming staff were very friendly , food was very good . This was our second time to this chalet and I know we will be returning again soon, very lovely chalet park, quiet & clean .
