We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Had a lovely stay here celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel had left a throughful card and cupcakes wishing us a happy anniversary - thoughtful detail that meant alot. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, lovely atmosphere from check in to check out. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had stunning views. We are early risers and breakfast is served from 6.30am, we loved the quality and variety of the breakfast. We took a walk up Slieve Donard and thoroughly appreciated the spa afterwards :) Location is amazing! Had a beautiful evening meal at percy french restaurant within the grounds of the hotel.

United KingdomBeautiful room, lovely furnishings. Large well stocked bathroom. Got lovely cupcakes as we had just got married. Spa is lovely, beautiful views. Had dinner in main restaurant, food was very good, partner not overly thrilled by his steak. Attractive bar with excellent drinks menu.

Decor very much in keeping with the style of the building. Of course, for location it is perfect. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

United KingdomWhen we went for breakfast at 8am . We asked for tea and coffee once we where seated . They forgot and we had to ask 15 mins later . The potato bread and soda bread where like rubber and the poached eggs were hard as they set them in a heater instead of making them fresh to order

The staff especially the receptionists were really welcoming and polite. We went here for 1 night for my partners birthday. On arrival to the room we were greeted with some cupcakes and a happy birthday note which was a really lovely, personal and unexpected touch! We loved the swimming facilities and made good use of them, we also enjoyed some cocktails in the bar which were delicious 🙌 our room had a great view and overall our experience was fabulous! Thank you to all the staff, will definitely have to come back again.

United KingdomPercy french charges wild prices for basic food also ask for a table service charge for only 2 people. i understand places do this but there wasn,t much service given apart from 2 plates brought over bit of a take on and then also expect tips, went before was lovely but wasn,t that great this time at all unfortunately was disappointing nicer wee bars /restaurant down by the town and service better .
Love the scenery ,good variety on the breakfast ,friendly staff at reception , great spa and pool .nice room clean and tidy

United KingdomPool/Sauna set up needs reevaluated. It's a race to get a lounger as they are very limited. A lot of people "reserving" beds with towels etc even though it says on numerous signs around the pool this isn't allowed. Breakfast was tasty however a bit cold. Rooms were very hot and hard to regulate the temperature. Air con was very dusty so was reluctant to turn it on.
Lovely hotel and staff. Room was very spacious and they gave my partner a treat for her birthday which was a good touch!
