Amazing location just a short walk from the RSC theatre and the city centre. Parking onsite was really helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and having access to the Spa made it really special. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, within a short walking distance to shops, theatres, restaurants, etc. Parking was available (although this cost £10 for 24 hours), but it is convenient. Staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and we were able to check in a little early as it was ready before expected. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.

Breakfast is hectic and staff are arguing about pay slips and zero hour contracts. I came for a relaxing stay. The evening was bliss- your servers in the morning made me feel on edge collecting plates every second and watching you whilst you eat

Why do you charge a £3 supplement for a simple bowl of porridge, it's not exactly a supreme food and discriminates against those that do not eat grilled buffet breakfast. Understand if it was speciality like Salmon Or Kippers

We requested and were given an email assurance that we had been allocated a twin room, this was important as I was travelling with my adult daughter. when we checked in we were disappointed to be told that we had a double bed, but someone would be along to put an extra bed in the room. Not really what we expected for such a hotel and not good for a 38yr old sober adult. late that evening on our return, the bed was not there, I called reception and the night porter came and put a folding bed up for my daughter. Ok for a child but no for a grown up. the rest of the stay was great but i'm not sure that if told my request was going to be done, I would believe the Crowne Plaza now and that may affect my hotel choice in future.

We would have liked an accessible room (which we normally have) but they were fully booked. The Executive Room with twin beds was good. The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Overcharged for parking ( excess refunded at checkout to match price on booking documents and the tariff signage that was displayed in the carpark) - advise to check carefully what you are charged at checkout. Also, not enough coffee sachets provided in the bedroom for 2 guests. One of the two lifts not working. Everything else was excellent.

Lovely hotel with good facilities. Breakfast choice superb. We made good use of the swimming pool and spa too.

The bed wasn't very comfy, spacious but both ended up with sore backs, plus duvet was noisy so kept waking each other up.

The location was perfect for all things to do in Stratford, the food at the hotel was also good value for money and very delicious! Access to pool and jacuzzi was also great.

We left sign on door to service room but had to go and find clean towels and tea coffee when we came back Sunday eve as hadn't been done Swim pool was very cold couldn't go in spa pool as group in there for over half hour, leisure area not big enough for size of hotel

It was a bit disappointing that our tea and coffee station was not automatically refreshed with new cups and drinks and that we had to ask for these. Also we had a very small amount of toilet roll for 4 guests which again we had to ask for. We went outside to look at the seating area but there were a lot of uncollected glasses around, which had been there all day.

The breakfast was amazing and our daughters managed to fill themselves up for the day!!
