Jay is very quick at replying to any messages and super helpful. He gave us lots of great ideas as to where to go and what to see. Very easy to get in and out and gave us very useful information on parking. The apartment is well equipped, good wifi & tv etc, quiet suburban location, easy walk to Castle & City Centre.

The chairs for eating or working are uncomfortable if seated for a long period of time.

Excellent location, very close to city centre, only a short walk away. Was very quiet and very clean. Kitchen was functional and well fitted out. Heating worked very well. Wifi connectivity was excellent. Shower worked very well.

Parking is always a challenge in that area, especially if there is a game at the stadium. Luckily we found Wellington street pay and display within easy walking distance.

Flat was good for an overnight stay close to the centre of Cardiff. The host gave very clear directions to the location and how to access. It was clean with appropriate facilities for the stay. However as a minor point, the flat was booked for four persons but there were only three mugs, minor point but still irritating.

I would recommend to have more than 4 plates / cups etc, because in case of 4-persons-family it is always required some extra plate or cup for common stuff like meat or bred or salad. Another moment is absence of parking place near the apartments. You need to find it nearby.

Looking for parking in an area I didn't know. But it did warn you on their website. Be mindful it is very busy around rush hour.

The location was perfect, would have benefited for on street parking. But I did find free parking not to far away.

Property is finished to an extremely high standard. Just a short walk from the city centre and they provide a parking permit to save on costs which is helpful. We were even able to go in early as the cleaners were done. The host has been extremely helpful throughout providing lots of information including places to eat, drink and visit. Will definitely return next Cardiff trip!

Everything about the apartment was great. It was centrally located, extremely clean and well equipped. Also the beds were very comfy. Jay was on hand to answer queries and did so very quickly, so there was excellent host communication. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we also really enjoyed Cardiff. Superb.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities included, and even had a large, sunny terrace (I had the ground floor apartment). The location was excellent, a few minutes' walk from the centre, where I attended a concert, but quiet enough so as not to be bothered at night by other stragglers going home from the concert/afterparties. The host, Jay, was very helpful throughout, always responding very quickly and even providing a long list of recommendations for things to see and restaurants to eat at in Cardiff, making me wish I'd booked a longer stay!

There was no dishwasher - disappointing. Also the immediate surrounding area at the street entrance to the apartment was quite creepy ..... unfriendly characters staring at you and rubbish strewn all over the pavements and street. Once inside the apartment, it was very good.

The Apartment was comfortable and well designed. The location was good with regard to City access.

Excellent. Jay sent us messages on how to access the apartment along with suggestions for supermarkets, restaurants, places to visit. Little extras in the apartment were very appreciated i.e. toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar. The little things make all the difference. The bifold doors were a nice surprise, loved the outside courtyard. Only sorry we didn't stay long enough to make use of it. Thanks 👍
