A great welcome from Nikki and Neil. The room was warm and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well fitted out, the breakfasts were superb, especially the gourmet poached eggs!! Nikki and Neil went out of their way, above and beyond, to ensure I had everything I needed. Plus, the sun was shining, like it always does in Ireland.

There isn't anything I didn't like about this property, other than I wish I could have stayed longer.

The breakfast is made to order and was absolutely the best breakfast I had in my whole stay of Ireland. The location is very central in Northern Ireland and not a far drive to everything I wanted to see. The hosts were so welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and very cozy. The shower was large and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a lovely view of the sunset from my window. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend this place.

Nikki the host was really nice and warming! The room we staid in was very comfortable and clean. The location of the B&b was perfect between the coast and Belfast! The breakfast was also really good!

WOW ! what a wonderful place to stay, fabulous family Nikki and co, great welcome, They even booked a nearby restaurant for us The Mill House which was excellent. The rooms are top class, facilities top class. The breakfast perfect and the family very chatty and welcoming . Get this place on your list as not too far to visit The dark hedges 20mins, Rope bridge and Giants Causeway 45 mins, lots great places in surrounding area.

We had a great stopover with free parking (big plus) and a lovely breakfast Nicky and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. They booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant of which the food was fantastic (big portions) Would definitely recommend this B&B :)

The sunbeam BnB was fantastic. My husband and I stayed on the 24th June when attending a wedding at Lissanoure castle. The location is just of the motorway so perfect for anyone wanting to travel the North Coast or Belfast. The hosts Nikki and her husband were so welcoming and helped us organise transport to and from the wedding venue. Breakfast was fantastic quality. Thank you Nikki.

There was nothing to dislike.

A beautiful property in a handy location for exploring Northern Ireland. The rooms were stunning and comfortable with lots of attention to detail, even down to the individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpastes in case you’d forgotten your own. The host was so friendly and even made us tea when we arrived at 21.45. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.

My wife and I experienced wonderful hospitality, a comfortable room, and tasty breakfasts. The location was easy to find, close to the sheepdog trial we attended, and about 30 minutes from Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. After arriving fairly late on a weekend day, our host quickly made restaurant reservations for us so we had a place to eat dinner in nearby Cloughmills.

Sun beam is a 5 * Bed & Breakfast. I travelled with two of my sisters and we all agreed, it is superb accommodation. Nikki and Neil are so lovely and down to earth. They had time to chat but were not at all intrusive. They are lovingly restoring the property and myself and my sisters were amazed at the wonderful work they have done so far, given they only purchased before lockdown happened. The stained glass windows deserve a mention, they are gorgeous and have been brought back to life at great cost I would imagine. Huge credit to Nikki and Neil for seeing past the expense and giving them the love to bring them back to their former glory. The staircase is fabulous too. Nikkis attention to detail is great, the decor is fresh and beautiful. Our ensuite room was wonderfully spacious despite having a double and a single. There was also a table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers where the TV was and still plenty of room to move around. The extra little things that Nikki adds to the room like travel toothbrushes, women's hygiene products, bottled water and fresh milk for Tea in the room really bring their business head and shoulders above any other B&B that I have stayed in. Breakfast was great and plentiful. I really liked that Nikki was open to a suggestion that I made, just a small thing which wouldn't affect our rating. We had a top stay for a very good price.
